Had the exact replacement band foe my watch, and the service and delivery was great.

They had what I wanted and I was able to order it without any problems or delays. It arrived promptly and was exactly what it was advertised to be. Completely satisfied.

When my watch band broke recently, I figured I would have to settle for a cheaper looking replacement. I am so happy I found totalwatchrepair. With a touches on the iPad, I had the original,right sized band on its way. Very pleased with the band and service. Will use them in the future, can't wait to have a couple older watches batteries replaced by them!

I ordered a Teju Watchband around the festive season, unfortunately for me, the shipment got stuck at the USPS facility. This was brought to my notice by the customer service at Totalwatchrepair, who went to check up on the order. Being the festive season, it's understandable for there to be delays. However, after 2 weeks and it not being dispatched, i've contacted totalwatchrepair again, and they apologized for the delay and inconvenience despite it not being their responsibility. They offered me another watch band despite the increased price difference.

Not to mention the prompt replies from them with regards to the problem i'm facing.
It's truly fantastic service which i've not encountered from anyone else except for totalwatchrepair. Would not hesitate to order something else from them.

the watch band purchased was better than what I expected and I am very pleased with the merchandise and will shop there again the next time I need a replacement bnk for my watch.

Oops...ordered the wrong color when I ordered online. Called customer service and she said the order hadn't shown up with her yet but she would make a note and make the adjustment in the order. It came to me in the right color! Also, quality of product was better then I expected.

I would like to recommend Totalwatchrepair now. to anyone. They stock a variety of watch bands/straps and tailor your order to suit your individual needs. Trying to find them in departmental or box stores is a waste of time because they do not stock them anymore. So I was delighted with what they offered and the speed with which the order was executed. I also learned that they replace crystals for cheap watches too, something that jewelers do not do anymore, and it they do, they cost a fortune! For all these reasons I plan to keep their address and count on their great service. Thanks for what you do to make life simpler.

I needed a clasp for my watch and they requested the numbers on the band and there were none to be found anywhere. I asked if a pictures would work. She said yes and within 1 hour she had contacted the manufacture and had the clasp on the way. Very easy to work with. Thank you for being so dedicated to getting the item I needed within 10 hours of my emailing you. Actually it was probably less than 10 hours.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong band for my watch. Total Watch Repair's customer service (in helping me return the band, etc.) was WORLD-CLASS.

I ordered a replacement watchband for my husband's watch. When it arrived (on time, I might add) it was packaged great and the watchband was beautiful! I would definitely order from this company again and recommend you do too!

Needed a replacement band for a Citizen Eco-Drive. Was easy to find band on website and place order. Cost was less than half of what I've paid for replacement bands, in the past, from a Jewelry store. Received order in a very timely fashion. Will do business with this vendor in the future (as needed).
