Totemo Kawaii Shop Reviews

I've been buying from this store for two years and the quality of the products is always just like what you see online! My orders also always arrive within the time the site says. The owners are always very helpful and kind, and also really generous, e.g. once something I ordered had broken because of the way it was handled and they sent me a replacement for free along with a pack of complementary photo cards!
I always really like buying from this store because you know exactly what you're going to get, they have fantastic products, and you can easily contact them with any queries.

Totemo Kawaii is a fantastic shop full of absolutely adorable items! Everything that I have purchased from them over the past few years has arrived between the min. and max. dates and in pristine condition! The packaging is SUPER cute too! They are all super kind too, A+ customer service! I highly recommend their cute store!

P.s. and did I mention the adorable freebies you get with your order? Too cute!

I absolutely love shopping at totemo kawaii shop. The type of things that I like I can’t find them anywhere else but on totemokawaii. I bought a pencil case and all my friends loved it and I also bought a backpack that I take everywhere with me when I travel and I get lost of compliments on how cute it is. I just ordered a new purse too can’t wait to see it. My last handbag was a milk carton and my friends also other people I meet on the street love it they always as “ is that real?” And when I show them and say “no ma’am or no sir” they think it’s the cutest thing they have ever seen. In my opinion I think totemokawaii is a perfect place to buy things because it fits my personality so well. You guys should look at their website to see if you like some of the things they have not only Kpop but cute handbags, backpacks, AirPod cases, phone cases and so much more.

I absolutely love this shop. I have ordered from them about 5 or more separate times. I can get fantastic kpop merchandise at a low price. They always have sales going on and basically every purchase comes with a free item. I usually get hoodies and shirts, and the quality is so good. I’ve had mine for over a year and they still haven’t faded or gotten torn. I’ve also gotten a purse, wallet, pillow, and jewelry. Almost all are still in perfect condition. I say almost because the jewelry has faded some, but that is the same for all cheap jewelry you may buy. The site warns you about the amount of time that shipping will take, so you have an idea. There was only one time it arrived later than I thought, and when I e-mailed they answered as quickly as they possibly could. They are always polite in our e-mail exchanges. Definitely worth buying from! I’ve recommended them to many of my friends, and they have all had the same positive experiences as me!

I’ve shopped at Totemo Kawaii Shop multiple times for over 2 years now! They are one of the trustworthy sellers I’ve been buying from and one of the best. The Customer Service has also been so friendly and timely. I have not regretted any of my orders from Totemo Kawaii Shop.

I've shopped hear many times but my favorite order was definitely the last one. I got BT21 plushies and they were absolutely adorable and amazing!! If you ever have problems with an order, they actually respond! I've had other experiences with different, smaller shops that would take forever to respond or not respond at all so them responding was really great. They get new items all of the time and there are many chances to get free shipping. Check them out!

I’ve shopped at this shop a number of times now. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all of the items I’ve purchased. All of the stuff is so cute and I like browsing for kpop merch. All of the times I’ve purchased items they arrived safely and they had the cutest packages.
