My experience with this shop has been nothing but positive. The customer service is excellent, friendly and very interactive. Not to mention the products have been cute and I've often shopped here to buy little gifts for friends.

My daughter is obsessed with KPOP, Asian culture and basically anything BTS and Totemo Kawaii DELIVERS! The range of products offered are delightful and with my daughter's birthday coming up, I've been able to find a variety of fun, colorful and unique gifts for her from Totemo. And the prices can't be beat! Since their clothing is in Asian sizes it's helpful to keep this in mind when ordering, e.g. a 'M' = an 'L' or 'XL'. Although they state this on their website I missed it and had to request a larger size which they happily processed. The other thing to note is that delivery takes 4-6 weeks because the merchandise is imported. No biggie for me but something to be aware of. Overall Totemo Kawaii is AWESOME!!!

I love using this company. Every time I have ordered it always is perfect. Yes the shipping takes a while but that is to be expected. Even when I ordered The wrong size in clothing they were always so nice to help me fix it!

A great place to get adorable items and kpop merch! Their prices don’t break the bank either. Sadly due to the coronavirus pandemic packages do take longer to arrive but it’s worth the wait.

Ive order multiple times from this store and have never been disappointed. The products are always great and ive always recieved everything i ordered before it was due to arrive each time. There was even a time that i had my package stolen at my mailbox and they were understanding and resent me everything that got stolen. I highly reccomend this shop!

I've actually ordered a long time ago but when I made a wrong order, they were quick to answer the next day and refunded. Great customer service! It does take a long time to ship but that's understandable. Either way, I'm planning to order again.

It’s a good site to order stuff from. Sometimes the stuff takes a little to be delivered because of the international shipping. So far I haven’t had any problems from ordering here. If you do plan to order from here just remember the international shipping takes a little while to be delivered. I’ve ordered from other sites and most of them are the same with international shipping. If you ordered from other websites like this one then you should expect how the shipping would be.

My favorite kawaii shop!! Most online kawaii fashion shops sell their items extremely marked up in price, but Totemo Kawaii Shop has great prices and many items I have not seen on other sites. I also love how they almost always have a free item with your order! Have bought from multiple times and will buy again.

I was skeptical the first time. The prices were just too good to be true. I was amazed. The quality is fantastic and that combined with the prices has kept me coming back time and time again. I have gotten so many fun and wonderful products. In fact I just placed yet another order. I too worried about the time it took for the items to come but Jenny was very helpful and responded which reassured me. I will continue supporting this business as they always have great fun new things!

I got everything in a timely manner I new it would take a while because of the bt21 shoes were shipped with my order and plus covid. I got everything about a month sooner than expected and everything was adorable I already ordered more stuff can't wait to get them.

Due to covid-19 all the shipping seems to take longer. I contacted them just to check the update, and they reply (answer it) right away.

5-6 weeKs later (after purchase) the items arrived. Of course I need to clear it due to my country’s border regulation.

They are in good conditions. I also kept the package pink bag since it’s so cute!

I ordered more after that. I’m currently waiting for it. I hope the conditions will be good as well.

We love shopping with you guys and love all the BTS products. My daughter and I everything that it’s so hard not to buy everything.

The shop members are all very kind and if you have any questions you don't have to wait very long to get an respond.

I love this place, they go above and beyond to meet customers needs and they have beautiful products my daughters favorite store by the way. The products are long lasting and they fit perfect I would recommend this shop to everyone if I can. Thanks for being such a beautiful shop.

I love this shop. It's my 4th time buying from them. They are helpful and are always giving away things when you spend a certain amount. I have always gotten my things at the same time nothing ripped or messed up. Everything is always in good condition and I will purchase again!!!!

I have ordered from them about two times and whenever I had a problem with the package they would respond right away and fix whatever I needed them to fix! I love this shop a lot and they have a lot of high quality BTS goods that I like to buy. You should buy from here too if you like BTS

This shop is amazing and has really good prices. Super affordable. I've gotten some really good merch here and it is really good quality, I always get my merch from this site.
