Informative and efficient with great products.

Bought a set of bamboozle for night time and they have been great, even with a very wriggly bum. No leaks, they last 10-12 hours. Cute designs as well. ☺️

Quick delivery, great products as always. Our size 3 bamboozles are great, much more generous than I imagined. I could only just get the size 2 velcro to close but the size 3 are on the smallest rise with the velcro tabs coming almost to the centre so will definitely see us right through to when she's night dry!

I ordered a single swim nappy. This is my first baby and first reusable nappy.
We have used it ince so far but I am super happy with our purchase.
The design is lovely and material was better than I expected. It also held up throughout our swimming session.
Delivery was faster than we expected and I would definitely order again.
It actually made me more keen to try reusables as a whole so thats a positive too.

Ordered the reusable baby wipes and very happy with them. There was one design missing but it does state the style may vary in the website.

The products are brilliant, great prints and colours. The options are great. I use all in one nappy for our and about and I use the bamboozles with wraps for nighttimes. The bamboozles have been great, no major leaks or dramas. Some seem to be getting tighter on my son than others even though they’re all the same size. Only issue is I’ve tried twice now to contact them with questions/minor issues and have heard nothing back which is a little disappointing.

Great quality, fast delivery, very absorbent.

It took about two weeks before TotsBots sent me the order despite the fact that I asked to send it earlier. Customer support is not responsive at all. Some of my requests remained without an answer. It’s a pity because I liked the products.

Lovely, really helpfull

Bought to be used as night nappies for my nearly 3 yr old who we still potty training.I have used them before so was confident purchasing them. You need to wash them few times before use for them to acquire absorbency usually I just throw them in with normal toddler clothes washing then after 2 weeks started using them. The Velcro is strong, material soft soaks well no leaks so would definitely recommend.

Lovely and soft but still remove all trace of make up with my cleanser.

They do not reply to email correspondence and have no way of communication with customers. I tried to get an update on an order after over a week with no dispatch notification as I wanted to now cancel. The next day I receive a dispatch notification and no further communication from TotBots. I had to send it back at my expense. The customer service is completely garbage and their service terrifically slow.

Exactly what I wanted at avery good price

The package of nappies and extras for a new to reusables customer is excellent. The quality is excellent and for the child a great improvement on scratchy throw away nappies. These were for my Great Granddaughter who had suffered terrible soreness from the throw away nappies, no matter how clean she was kept and what cream the GP prescribed. The rash has gone and having done the research, I now know that many children suffer from allergies to disposables. It was great to see these lovely colourful nappies on the line and a happy, pain free child. And the price was reduced. Thank you.

Was sent an item that was not as described on the website and therefore no use to me. There was no communication to let me know it was out of stock and an alternative was being sent. When I contacted customer service there was no apology, they did say I could return it for a refund to the packing slip address but this would be at my expense and it is a large item. They didn't let me know if the item I ordered would be back in stock, they also didn't respond to me pointing out that out of stock items are still for sale on their website so people are buying them not realising they will be sent alternatives without being informed. It's been a waste of my time and money. I will be returning the item but I don't trust I will receive my refund now as the service is poor.
