very disappointed in this company order…

very disappointed in this company order headphones on the 4/09 and paid next day delivery so expected them tuesday as the 4th was a sunday
still not received them by today friday the 10th
update now the 12th and still no sign
will be cancelling and won’t be using again
another update
received my item sunday night paid £7.99 for next day delivery for it to take one whole week to arrive
been told will receive £2.99 refund not good enough i want the full delivery refunded
** reply very rude i am leaving you one star because of your service is that not what review sites are for if i can’t afford £40 headphones why could i afford £200 ones i bought a few months ago
i paid £7.99 for next day delivery and didn’t receive the item until one week later so it’s only right i have the shipping refunded …if you don’t want One stars fix your attitude and service the customer 🤔
i am guessing that your trying to get on to the daily mail for *funny response from touch sale CEO
when your actually trying to shame someone because of their financial status and because of the pandemic some people have no choice i take it your trying to tell the internet that i am using klarna or layby ….well i suppose if it wasn’t for sites like that ,you wouldn’t have as many customers as you have and if your going to shame people for using if them with your company ..i suggest you don’t use them….
i do hope people are put off using your company for trying to shame someone

First time using this company ordered…

First time using this company ordered 75inch tv that showed in stock to be told they had to give me refund as they never had any in stock. Thats fair enough however ordered 65inch after which was delivered day after, with broken cracked screen, now I'm in the process I've trying to get this sent back, so overall not happy. Also they have requested all sorts of pictures of the tv, when it's still in its original packaging, unopened only by top seal to check, however they have sent these to supplier and now I have to wait, wait for what approval, just come get this damm tv out my house its broke what you got to wait for its not gonna fix its self. Daylight robbery avoid at all costs.

Can’t fault this company at all, fast delivery, if anything is wrong with the order or delays they will email you and let you know straight away. Highly recommend
Used them a few times and never had an issue

wrong colour

everything was fine with ordering and delivery but unfortunately i ordered my phone in white but received black.
the phone was a present and the recipient was happy so it was not a deal breaker, however i feel 3 stars is fair as if it was for my personal use i would be annoyed that the wrong colour was sent.

Pre ordered a playststion in november…

Pre ordered a playststion in november was told be delivered in January,sent 2 emails to ask if still would be january and which date all emails ignored ,then was refunded no email to explain why ,if they had stock issue then that's fair enough but should answer emails and also an email ti explain the reason for the refund bad customer service

Ignored multiple times, cancelled order without saying a word.

I ordered a PS5 in November through TouchSale, accepting this was a pre order as their is limited stock still. It said delivery expected from December which I was happy with. When the pre order delivery date came and went I used their contact form to enquire when they were expecting stock as I was happy to wait but would just like a clear idea. I got a response saying after Christmas. After Christmas and nearly new year I emailed again asking if there was an update. I got no response. Waiting two weeks and emailing from their contact form once again in the middle of January I expressed I was happy to wait but was becoming concerned at now being ignored by the company. They did not respond. Today, they cancelled my order and sent a refund back without any information, update or anything. This has been an awful three month experience and I will never use them again. Please do not pay higher than RRP prices with this company. They will ignore you and you won’t know when to expect your item.
