After my previous attempts to get in touch with customer service, things stepped up a gear after my 1 star review, and withing 24 hrs my goods were dispatched and received, now the reason for 4 stars is maybe keep customers informed a bit more re their order? As I ordered on a Sunday and heard nothing till I left a review on the Thursday. Now the goods arrived and I've not opened them as they are for Xmas present.
So maybe just that little bit more customer service during the initial ordering and that would've saved a bad review but it's now rectified.
Would I use them again? Yes I'm currently about to order another item.
Other watch arrived ASAP withing 2 days of ordering so I'll up the anti with an extra star

I took a risk on this company as I had never heard of them but I needed a phone for my son's bday and money was tight they excepted zip (where u pay fortnightly).
I'm so glad I took the risk as I wouldn't ever shop anywhere else for phones ect now
Excellent communication i MSGED them after I placed my order and explained it was my boys bday I had paid for Xpress delivery (2 days) but could really do with next day which they sorted for me they get back to you very quickly happy with the product literally a brilliant transaction couldn't be happier would 100% recommend to everyone I know am even ordering 2 more handsets for Xmas won't go anywhere else even though I don't need to use zip for payment now 😃

I actually want to say I'm sorry for my last review I was to stick to judge they processed my order real wyick and on time I forgot you have to to wait 6 to 10 days which is clearly writing and I just ignored it but thank you guys will differently shop again grate store and grate customer service thank guys God bless

I am disappointed bought an a10 In June it started having charging issues but I ignored it still kept it. Then bought a21s in July from day one charging problems then it got better then a few days later wasn’t charging and it started flashing!!! A brand new phone that’s been protected like a baby in a hard case with front cover, barely used I finally was able to email them they said it will take 48hours still waiting so I can get a refund this is ridiculous less than 10 days the phone nhs problems I’ve never seen this before I’m questioning if the phone was guenine and costs £50 more than even Argos and loads of other shops.
