Really quick and easy to use they got back with no problem. Really good kept me informed throughout the whole process and didn’t have to wait too long either but it will be really good if they can do something about services charges is a bit to higher for someone getting upto £500 from HRMC and after deducting all the charges the person get less than £200 is not too good.

This group does not even deserve the one star you have to press before writing a review. My husband received a letter from the Hrmc stating he would receive £500 but that touchstone group will have the check and be in touch with us !!! my husband had a check for £189 which is disgusting!! As far as i am concerned anyone please do not go through this group. As it disgusting how much they take off you for doing paperwork. We are looking into get advice about this company.Anyone do not go through this group look into doing the paperwork yourself.Mrs B Hughes
