Touchstone consulting group don’t use!
HMRC sent me a letter saying I was due £500 and they’d sent the cheque to touchstone consulting group limited, hadn’t heard anything for 14 days got in touch with them forwarding the letter. I then got a cheque 10 days later for not even£200, was £190,23, absolutely disgusted, to take over £300 off me is beyond a joke! Will be seeking legal advice. Definitely would recommend not using them

Don't use them
No information of them what was happening they received the check of HMRC over a month ago. When I queried why it was taking so long there response was they needed to confirm who I was but didn't they do that to start the claim on my behalf and the icing on the cake HMRC sent them a check for 250 pounds and my check of touchstone was for 45 quid
