For the past 4 years i have been using their EV granny charger 13A weatherproof extension lead which is mounted to my wall

Time came to replace as the rubber naturally to keep it waterproof had started to falter a bit so i ordered another being that they are not alot of money

I only needed the 2m one as the socket inside my house its plugged into is right behind the wall its mounted on.

I for safty ordered the one with the rcd plug on the end which is easily removable so i could feed the cable through the wall.

Which is plugged into its own socket inside which is directly wired to the consumer unit by a electrician years ago so its ideal.

The box part with the lid which houses the 3pin socket comes with the cable protruding from the top which for me was not where i needed it as i needed it to come out of the bottom which is easy to fix as you unscrew the 3pin socket then there are 4 screws which hold the back part of the case and you then just turn it around so the cable is then at the bottom....but you then need to turn the socket around so thats now the right way which is easy...just rotate.

Wow. Amazing service. I received my order straight away and it is superb quality. I was scared to charge my hybrid car with my old lead that overheated and smelt. I thought a fire was imminent. Now with my new tough lead I am back to happy charging my car and being independent again. Cannot praise enough, brilliant product and website information

Ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday really quick delivery, the heavy duty25m 13amp extension lead with RCD, for EV charger lead very well made waterproof product. Quality of the product matches what is described on the website, also it is made in the UK.

Amazing service from start to finish, I needed a lead quickly as my sons Ami didn’t come with the 3 pin plug adapter, I ordered it yesterday afternoon and messaged them they posted out very quickly and received it the next day. Amazing would definitely recommend and use again A* service

I asked Chat GPT about whether it was possible to buy a specific extension cable for my 3kWh domestic EV charger and "Tough Leads" was one of the top suggestions.

I was able to request a specific length of cable, and it was ready within a few days. It is exactly what I was looking for, and I'm really impressed with the ability to control it from the app, so it charges during the "off-peak" period. The app also store all the charging data in a very easy to read way.
If you're considering using Tough Leads, then definitely go ahead. I found the service has been excellent. Many thanks.

Great service ,good lead,i lost one because someone taken from the door step on delivery ,but they sent me another one,hopefully they got to claim it back from delevery courior,who left it open for view not a safe place.
