Towels arrived yesterday very luxurious and large which is what I wanted...always have problems getting large towels so very happy when I opened them.

Good size of towels for the money bought them for beach towels perfect good for drying happy with the product and excellent delivery service

Quick delivery, lovely bath sheets, worth every penny I bought the 200x150cm bath sheets and they fit around me with plenty to spare. And I get mistaken for mount Everest at a distance. Definitely recommend this store. Thanks

Won't be buying again unfortunately, wish I had read other reviews first before buying. They don't dry well and are really thin. Tried them out few times and still get fluff coming off them. The only good thing about them is the size.

They handled my complaint fairly and promptly. Good service and good product.

Delivery was fast and flawless; however, the towels are of poor quality. The size is great, but they are thinner than I expected (not too bad at first). I washed them straight away and was convinced they were decent. After the first use, there was fluff everywhere, and they don't dry well. I washed them again, this time for longer and using some tricks to get rid of the fuzz, but it wasn't helpful. After trying to use them again, I got covered in fuzz, my bathroom got covered in fuzz, my cat got covered in fuzz.... it was a fuzz nightmare. I gave up and will be buying towels somewhere else.

I am extremely disappointed that it is not what I had ordered.

I purposely ordered a duvet with a 50% polyester 50% cotton cover (as advertised on the website), what they have sent me is cover which is 100% polypropylene.

I emailed my complaint on 10th June and I am still waiting for a response 2 days later.

They eventually responded on the 14th, refunded the money and was told to keep the duvet. Which I gave away to a friend as i could not use it.

I am now being emailed by them asking me to take down my negative review.

The product looks like its been used ans washed, there are stains on the robes. The towels are very thin and again look used and washed.
I have asked to return and had no response
