Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible, they're unprofessional, and constantly harassing phone calls for nonsense,there's one good rep a young guy (Mat) always courteous and friendly the rest of the staff straight trash, no people/customer service skills and rude. Just had a ph call them the other day the lady couldn't pronounce my name correctly provided it's easy, and you could hear her eating while on the phone with me. That's absurd!
