Very unprofessional and overall shocking experience. I had arranged a viewing for a property for sale, I then emailed to confirm the day before time etc was still suitable to be met with a reply saying the property had sold at closing date that very day. No attempt to contact me to ask if I wish to view earlier or arrange inform me of the closing date. If I hadn’t emailed to confirm the viewing, I would have arrived to an empty the next day as the company made no attempt to contact me. When challenging the agent on this issue I was met with the response ‘these things happen’ - highly highly unprofessional and I would severely hope that these things do not happen. Upon complaining to the company via email weeks ago, no response has even been given to me. Awful company, awful customer service, I would avoid if possible.

I wish to pass on my gratitude to all the staff at Town & Country for the outstanding job they did in selling our house. Over 40 viewers we had, and seven offers received at yesterday's closing date. Thank you so much. Donald and Lorna

No words can describe this so called Letting agent. Im totally at a loss and i work in customer service .By far the worst company ive ever ever dealt with .
We let a property through this company the one and only time we have ever rented and the whole experience from start to finish was appaling by far just the worst experience.
Everything From customer service to lack of comunication and general support throughout our Tennancy.

And to top it off moving out of the property to loosing the whole of our deposit ( thousands not 100s) because of the most ridiculous lies told by Rebecca to TDS (who of course always favour The Landlords and letting agents ).

I feel so sorry for people who cannot afford to purchase property and have no choice but to rent and companies like this who quite frankly rip people off.

I was impressed with how Town and Country conducted themselves throughout the process of selling my flat. Duncan was friendly and straight up with what the process would cost and involve. Gordon dealt with negotiations and was keen to get me the best price and offered advice. I sold my flat in a couple of weeks for more than I had expected. I would use their services again.

I have used Town and Country Estate agents in Chester to sell and purchase property. Their Customer service was excellent. I would fully recommend their services and would certainly use them again. Carolyn was always friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

From Duncan coming to value our property right to when Gordon secured the sale we were completely happy with our experience. Friendly and approachable, would happily recommend Town and Country to family and friends!

I would like to warn others of my experience with Town and Country especially the director, Duncan, who I found to be deceptive, unprofessional, extremely rude and untrustworthy.

Duncan and the team showed a fantastic level of professionalism and expertise from start to finish. Very reliable knowledge of not only the housing market but all aspects of the surrounding area made we were in a very honest and realistic position of our sale from the beginning.

The office team were incredible in managing viewings (we chose to do our own) and made it really easy to align to our schedule. Advice for the closing date was also spot on.

There was always open and honest dialogue, nothing was oversold and we felt at ease the whole way through.

They were ably shown round by Duncan and my house was sold in just over two weeks. In the office Rebecca was so efficient. Duncan, Fin and the excellent team at Town and Country estate agents - From the first interview with the owner of Town and Country we were impressed by the upbeat and positive reaction he gave us about selling our home, from then he arranged for the Surveyor to come and do the home report and arranged for the photographer to come and photograph our house. It was that easy, We had excellent advice from Fin, and the girls who arranged the viewings and a couple of days later our house was sold!. We highly recommend them.

The agents were very informative, open and honest. They kept us up to date at every stage of the sale.
