I live in England and I wanted to sell my late parents flat in the West of Glasgow. I contacted a number of Estate Agents. The costs varied. Some said they would send me emails and call me back, I am still waiting. I spoke to Duncan McKenzie of Countrywide, I was very happy with everything he said. The thing that struck a cord with me, was the fact that Duncan owned the company. In my view that meant he would try harder than some bigger chains. They would arrange accompanied viewings and deal with everything. True to his word and due to the hard work of Countrywide, we had more than 15, viewers. The first viewings were within two days of me appointing them. They kept me informed of progress at all times, with an email for every viewing and feedback the following day. I was delighted with the service offered and the reasonable cost. Everyone I spoke to, was very helpful and very efficient, in particular Liam and Gordon who were extremely helpful. The house sold in three weeks and that included the Christmas period, for a much greater price than we expected. I would highly recommend Countrywide and would have no hesitation in using their services again. Well done Countrywide and thank you for your help.

Where do I even start!
If anyone is looking to sell we would 100% recommend Town and Country Estate Agents!
We phoned just to enquire about selling our house and Duncan came out and gave us a rough estimation of what they could sell our house for.
They took care of everything for us and our home was on the market within the week and sold by closing date within 10days for way more than we every thought possible!
Rebecca was our assigned contact and she was brilliant and so pleasant to talk to! The team contact you with updates everyday and keep you up to date on everything!

These people are fraud. They got my last review deleted.
I bought my 1st ever property through town & country. Mr. Duncan helped the seller to hide the structural issues and managed to sell the house to me. As a 1st time buyer i believed the home report and the selling agent(Duncan) which was the biggest mistake i hve made in my life. Duncan had a weird smile on his face when i told him about what hes done. Folks Dont trust this company they can do anything for money.
