Ridiculously poor service.

Quoted us a marketing fee of £299 but did not provide any marketing outside of Rightmove, until I emailed to say we wanted to withdraw from their services due to lack of marketing, then of course our listing was suddenly added to their website.

Repeatedly failed to provide call-backs and respond to emails that were promised.

When we raised our concerns, we were completely ignored or disregarded.

Breached data protection and I had my contact number misused, and had a safeguarding risk when somebody attended our property at their guidance without any contactable information.

Then charged us almost £1000 just for withdrawing our property from their branch because we decided to take our sale elsewhere, claiming they put "too much effort" into selling our property to consider waiving any fee. Then attempted to blame the housing market for their lack of engagement.

We did all our own viewings and had to chase up for feedback every time.

Definitely do not recommend at all, and when you inevitably have a bad experience, they'll charge you almost as much as they'd be getting from a successful sale anyway.

Poor service. I would not recommend this company. When the agent initially visited, they promised a number of marketing measures, including video with drone footage and directional boards. There was no drone footage. The video uploaded was not of a quality one might expect and was quickly taken down due to copyright issues. The issue with the video was either not noticed or not acted upon and, despite chasing this up, it was some time before the video was finally uploaded again. There was a delay in erecting the directional board and, when it was placed, the location was suboptimal (despite providing information with the exact desired location). Other issues included interest not being followed up. My impression is that this company promised to aggressively market my property, to gain my business, and took a laissez-faire approach once I was contractually bound.

Avoid like the plague if you are a buyer !! One of the worse Estate Agents out there if you are a buyer ! There are really good Agents out there just not these ones ! Maybe teach your staff to be more polite and more helpful with the buyers rather than treating them with disrepect they also need to look up the The Property Misdescriptions Act which every Agent should know about !
