Chose Town and Country Bearsden after speaking to several other Estate Agents in the Bearsden Area. Duncan and his team arranged a Home Report at a very reasonable cost and prepared an excellently worded advert for our property, clearly detailing the main highlights of the property together with excellent photographs. Town and Country carried out all viewings for us and kept us fully updated on brief details of each viewer prior to the date of each viewing and then provided an indication of the interest shown by each viewer after the viewing took place. All this done on a daily basis, as the viewings took place.
Altogether an outstanding service for what was not an expensive property.
They achieved an excellent price at a fee more competitive than the other estate agents I spoke to. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Duncan and his team - Well done.

Duncan and his team of enthusiastic staff at the Kirkintilloch branch pulled out all the stops and worked relentlessly to ensure my property got maximum exposure through every channel. I was overwhelmed with the amount of viewings I had. This of course led to an early closing date which achieved a great price. I would have ne hesitation in recommending Town and Country.

Looking for a place with your partner can be a nerve racking and scary experience. As soon as eee arrived we were greeted by Morgan who sat us down and put us totally at ease with the the whole process.
