I have bought and sold a lot of houses over the years and have used an estate agent every time with problems with every one of them. I chose Town and Country this time because I saw a lot of their For sale boards going up in my area and very quickly a Sold sticker on them.
My contacts were Duncan and Morgan and they were extremely helpful and made the selling process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this estate agent.

The whole team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time going through the selling process. Duncan and the team provided me with all the information I needed to make informed decisions and made the selling of my home quick and seamless.

My property failed to sell with a different agent. I switched to Town & Country and they did a marvellous job selling my flat in under a week. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but complaints since this company signed me up to sell my home. They have done absolutely nothing to sell, they wait on phones ringing and offers going in, they ignore your calls/texts. I called from the coffee shop across to speak with my negotiator and I saw her tell her colleague to say that she was busy......they fail to communicate on a regular basis and on occasions it has been impossible to get an answer on telephone. I have made several complaints and assured that things would change but this was not the case. I have not heard from them in months and as the contract is now due to expire I will be looking elsewhere. Also, they will still charge £1000+ when they dont sell your home. GO ELSEWHERE ...I am sure that this review will be removed shortly after posting

House was sold very quickly I was treated with sympathy and respect as Geoff and Lee knew the house belonged to our late father and mother best price achieved kept me informed I could contact them whenever I wanted to friendly but professional I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family thank you to everyone who was involved

The agent was aggressive, rude, and intentionally mislead us on dates. He made the process of moving really unpleasant, and rather than helping things along he was the source of most of the stress. I would certainly not want to sell my house through them, and now I see why they have a bad reputation in the area.

We came across Town and Country through viewing a property. The agent who showed us around was polite, professional and extremely helpful. We subsequently chose to go with Town and Country for the sale of our own property. The service throughout was excellent, from the initial evaluation, to co-ordinating viewers, to the final sale. Calls and emails were responded to promptly and every member of staff we came in to contact with was professional, friendly and could not do enough for us. A truly excellent service that we would highly recommend. A huge thank you to Duncan and his excellent team. 👏

This isn’t my first interaction with Town and Country, it’s actually my third! I bought my own home through them a number of years ago and then recommended them to a family member who was looking to sell their own home. Now it’s my turn to sell so calling on Town and Country to help was an easy decision! On each occasion I’ve found Town and Country to be very professional and efficient. From the first meeting with Duncan through to completing the sale, the whole team were supportive and incredibly friendly. I was kept in the loop with information and if I had a question at any point, they came back quickly with an answer which was much appreciated. At no stage was I left wanting a response and no query was too small.

For anyone selling/buying a home, communication with your estate agent is important, but so too is feeling as though your interests and needs are being met. I felt this with Town and Country; they listened, supported and guided me along the way and helped me achieve my sale.

Got a flyer through the door because these vultures are eager to snap up any properties in a nice area to make money off the housing bubble, another company full of people driven by nothing but profit.

I'd say you should be ashamed but I know estage agents and landlords don't feel shame.

Very unprofessional. I’m relocating from overseas and contacted this agent regarding a viewing for a property and was told there was no available slots at the weekend due to the viewing agents carrying out all viewings and being fully booked. I was then contacted later that day and offered an early morning appointment which I accepted. I then received an email a few hours later cancelling the appointment and giving the reason the seller couldn’t make the house available to the estate agents. I was then offered an appointment the following day with the owner after the estate agent telling me it was not being shown by the owner. By this time I had made other viewing appointments and I emailed them to discuss but never got a response. Tried phoning a few times and it rang out consistently. Wouldn’t recommend to arrange a viewing and certainly not if I was selling.

The team in Kirkintilloch branch were very helpful and professional. Opening 7 days a week was extremely beneficial. Town & Country helped us sell our property within a week! Very happy with the service from start to finish.
