I got in touch with Town and Country estate agents just to ask the procedure and to get a valuation. This request was promptly acted on and Duncan came out to see the property, advising us of the value. Originally I was thinking of putting the house up for sale after the new year but Duncan`s advice was to put it up just now. Within a few days the surveyor and photographer were out and the house was up for sale. I think I talked to all of the staff at some point and everyone was very helpful, setting up bookings when I was able to come up for viewings and giving me feedback. Within a week the house was sold so the whole process took only two weeks. Everyone on the team works together and are always available to answer questions or give advice. Now that our sale has completed I am absolutely delighted to recommend Town & Country Estate Agents. Duncan arrived to do the valuation and the very warm yet professional approach was reassuring. We had 2 previous valuation and his was right in the middle. He advised of their fees but was more than happy to cut a deal.
