I was kept in the loop daily regading viewings, interested parties and offers, which in turn made me feel so much at ease. Delighted with Town and Country Estate agents in Bearsden. They offered very fair terms and conditions to sell my property and took beautiful photographs, home given prime exposure at their Bearsden branch, also online. Home report included, high volume of viewings, with regular feedback from the agents on how the viewings went. I had six offers above the value of the home report and the property sold at the closing date . All happened within a 14 day period from the property going on the market . Many Thanks to Duncan and Sophie, professional and efficient I could not be happier with my experience and would recommend Town and Country to anyone selling their home.
