Do not use toyou if you ever want a refund.

Do not use toyou!

What a joke this delivery service is. I sent my parcel back to the retailer for a refund via toyou in mid-July. It has been sitting at toyou's national hub since July 17th. The retailer won't provide me with my refund because they haven't received my parcel and toyou are 'looking into it' but I haven't heard from them for a week now. You can try to update the incident but it tells you your email isn't recognised...even though it's the one they emailed you at!

There's no customer service phone number either for ease of contact....who are this company?!

Thankful that I paid on my credit card, but now having to go through the ballache of a dispute with the credit card company just to get my refund.

Never again will I use toyou (which was seemingly a great option for returns) and recommend that you do not either if you ever want to receive your refund.

Absolutely disgrace

Absolutely disgrace. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing click and collect.
They’ve had my parcel for days and it’s still not even on it’s way to my local store.
I was originally told there’ll be a 24 hour delay but I’m still waiting!
Don’t waste your time with click and collect, pay extra to have it delivered!

If only I could give this 0 stars!!

As with other similar experiences, my husband dropped a parcel back into a local Asda store on the 15th June. The machine was didn't scan the QR code on the label attached to the parcel which was enclosed in my delivery from the retailer. He's never done this before and asked customer services what he should do and was told to enter the bar code number into the machine but wasn't given any further advice or help. He posted the item, taking away the receipt and left the store.

Over 4 weeks later the parcel is absolutely nowhere to be found. The tracking says returned to the retailer on the 17th June, however it has been returned to GEORGE at ADSA and not the retailer it was supposed to go to. ASDA say he typed in ASDA and not the correct retailer however how did he know if he wasn't assisted - as far as he knew he had to drop a parcel at ASDA...... I've contacted the world (or so it feels) to try and locate this parcel but nobody will help me or take ownership.

The store manager of my local ASDA is particularly unhelpful and very happy to 'pass the buck' to someone else and will not take any responsibility for this staff not assisting and helping my husband return the item correctly.

I'm told (by him) the CCTV shows my husband post the parcel and nobody helped him, even though he spoke to a member of staff and I am told I cannot be shown the CCTV. The drop box is next to the Customer Service desk however they clearly weren't able to deliver customer service.

I've tried contacting the Asda store, GEORGE and ToYou and just get a whole host of poor excuses and no help in locating the parcel so it can be returned back to me and sent to the correct retailer.

I am beyone frustrated with the whole experience

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

Terrible

Terrible. I had a message to say the parcel had been dispatched, then nothing for 4 days or so. I contacted them, and was told they'd sent it to the wrong store and I would have to contact the retailer. Bad enough they managed to deliver to the wrong shop, but I only found out as I chased them and then got a dismissive email back.
Well worth paying the extra money to get the items delivered to my house.
Will not use again.

A pointless service

A pointless service. Item passed destination (musicmagpie) to go to the 'toyou national hub' and sit there for days! Don't bother popping to ASDA, just use the postage label method instead as it has gotten stuff there sooner that way in the past. If you were to ask when the parcel will be delivered, you just get a generic answer asking you to wait 3-5 working days.

Lost parcel for almost 3 weeks

Lost parcel for almost 3 weeks.
Tracking from FeelUnique said that the parcel had arrived at my local Asda store but I did not receive a text message or email with the QR code to collect. I contacted FeelUnique who said there was a problem and to allow another 24 hours. I tried to call the store to see if they had the parcel but they are no longer accepting incoming calls from customers.
Had to wait 10 days to put in a missing parcel claim even though I selected next day delivery. When I put in the claim, FeelUnique took 3 days to respond and eventually said that the store had found the parcel and I could collect it at my convenience.
I went to the store and one member of staff said I could not collect without a QR code. She then called the supervisor who went to look for the parcel and couldn’t find it, she said she would call me that afternoon when her colleague arrived. No phone call, so I contacted FeelUnique to request them to cancel the order and refund me. They wouldn’t cancel until the store confirmed to them that the order had been lost!!
The next day I got a call from Asda to say that they had found it.
The whole thing was a farce. I had ordered the item for a particular event which had passed by the time I got it.
I won’t be using the toyou service again.

Whole in the dress

Went to collect my order from my local Asda (Caernarfon) - picked up my parcel, the outside of the parcel was ripped, said “it came like that”. Wasn’t really bothered so I went home. Opened the whole parcel, not only the package was ripped, the dress itself inside the parcel had a massive whole in it!! It literally looked like a dog ripped it apart!
What kind of courier delivers a parcel in that state? Credit to Asda staff for sorting the problem, but the person/company who delivered that parcel is a joke!

I wish I could give this 0 stars!

My boyfriend dropped a parcel back into a local Asda store near where he works - Hyson Green Branch. This was 2 weeks ago now. The colleague took the parcel from him, didn't scan the QR code on the label I printed, didn't give him a receipt or send me a confirmation email. My partner (having never done this before) thought this was normal procedure and left the store.

Now 2 weeks later - the parcel is absolutely nowhere to be found! I've contacted their help centre, but haven't got anywhere. I now can't reply to their emails they've blocked the communications!

They tried blaming me for not obtaining a receipt, but in order to do that the colleague would of had to scan my label!

They kept saying they would check CCTV of where my partner dropped my parcel but then continued to make poor excuses.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!

Lost delivery. No response from customer services.

Got an order delivered to my local Asda. Got a text and email saying it was ready for collection. When I attended store a staff member told me they couldn’t find the delivery even though it had been received by the store. Still waiting for a response from costumer services regarding what has happened 2 days later.

I wish I had read the reviews…

I wish I had read the reviews before returning items to two other retailers via this service. I returned these in early March and it is now over 2 months later, the tracking service doesn't know what has happened to either of my packages. I have contacted customer services weeks ago and have not had any response, I will definitively not be using this service again.

Ridiculous why does a machine need opening hours! I went at 7am as I start work early and it doesn’t open till 8am! It’s a machine the whole point is that it should be 24 hours like the Asda opening hours.

I stupidly (hindsight is a great thing)…

I stupidly (hindsight is a great thing) chose the Asda collect option since it avoided the need for me to be in at the time of a delivery. Bad move. Ordered 2pm so well before the 5pm cut-off time (for FeelUnique website deliveries). I get that things go wrong so would have accepted it was the next day after that. However then it didn't turn up, nor the day later and still waiting. The tracking information hasn't been updated either.

If you have a choice, I would avoid. Reason? If this were just me I'd say maybe I had bad luck, but look at the history :-(. I should've done prior.

EDIT: It is now Saturday, and no update of either the parcel tracking website, nor ToYou customer services (I complained on Wednesday and they said they would follow up ...). Sadly, zero stars is not an option for update.

I didn't realised I was using this service - never again!

When Asda have a partnership with The Entertainer. When The Entertainer branded is all over Asda shopping isles. When George Click and Collect is Free. When The Entertainer Click and Collect is Free. It is shameful that Asda toyou charge more to deliver The Entertainer goods to a partner Asda store (which has The Entertainer branded all over its toy isles) than it does to deliver directly to the customer's home. This is totally unjustifiable given the The Entertainer and Asda partnership and your Customer Services need to shake their heads. I thought I was using The Entertainer Click and Collect, I hadn't even heard of Asda Toyou, and feel I have been grossly misled by the way in which The Entertainer is promoted by and present in Asda stores. One star is generous but that is the least I was able to give. I'll shop at Smyths or Amazon in future.

Very slow service

Very slow service, order was late and given no reason or update. When I tried to get some help and clarity with their customer service team they simply cancelled my order and gave me a refund, they didn’t give me the option to challenge this and had to start the whole process all over again even after having to wait 4 days. Will pay extra for delivery next time, not worth the hassle.
