I am at a loss to understand how this company operates their lack of customer service skills is astonishing. I returned a large box containing an exercise vibration plate via Asda in Clydebank as the scanning machine was not working an Asda member of staff manually input the information but inadvertently selected to wrong company, Yours Clothing, we are human mistakes happen, since then I have repeatedly requested help from To You in tracing this large box eventually after dealing with many unhelpful customer service staff , promised phone calls back which never happened I got through to Holly who eventually emailed me on 13 April to say they had located the box a further email from Holly on 21 April to say her Manager had arranged for the box to be returned to Asda and that Asda had been informed to expect it, this was confirmed by Asda staff when I visited the store. I was very relived sent Holly an E mail thanking her for her help. At today’s date 13 th May the parcel has never been returned neither Holly or her manager are responding to requests for an update this item is £100 in value the original company won’t take it back now because it’s out with the rerun period an To You won’t communicate with me. Never under any circumstances would I recommend using To You they have effectively stollen a high value item from me as they have not returned it after confirming the had it. Asda in Clydebank have also advised To You it has never been delivered

Simple and Quick Returns
I used the toyou service to return a parcel to Boohoo. I went to my local Asda store before work to find that the machines only work 8am-8pm, so had to come back the next day. After getting my QR code from boohoo, I scanned it at the machine and printed the label and left the parcel in the draw. A receipt was then printed. After reading the reviews on here I checked the tracking everyday, scared it wouldn't make it back! Thankfully it did and I recieved my refund a week after posting. I would use this service again.

Absolutely shocking service- ordered from Decathlon to my local store- everything shows delivered to store, but the machine doesn't recognise tracking number:-( There doesn't appear to be anyway of contacting toyou to rectify. The customer service lady in the Asda store phoned their contact number and couldn't get the problem solved or escalated and said she didn't know what to suggest and said she had never had this happed before- after reading the reviews, it was either her first day or she was not telling the truth! Perhaps Boris Johnson has set the system up? I will not be using it again.

Clapham Junction on 22/11/21 to return a wheel which I had bought on the advice from Decathlon from Tredz. The wheel was unsuitable. I have never seen such incompetent unprofessional conduct. I was there for a long time trying to figure out how to return the item.. It was eventually sent at14.53, to the wrong retailer. Asda put the label on ,not me. I have been trying everyday since to get a refund or, even trace the wheel. It still hasn.t been found. I cant cycle to work since,as I have no wheel. I paid for the wheel . I have neither wheel nor the refund to replace it.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Been nearly 2 weeks since I took my parcel to asda and its still not been delivered. I can't get a refund until it has. No telephone number and just automated emails. So I am out of pocket by nearly £60. No one cares and u don't know what to do now
Quick and easy
I returned a parcel, which was very easy. The staff scanned the QR code and handled the return from there. I got the money back a couple days later.

I have used this service a few times with no problems.
But whenever a problem arises it turns into a NIGHTMARE and gets very frustrating with regard to returns.
I took a parcel back to my local Asda on Sun 03/10/21.
Got asked for Q.R code, but the retailer I was returning to doesn't use Q.R code just needs returns label scanning. Usually an e- mail is sent immediately to say they have received parcel in store and are returning it. Didn't get one. There is NO e-mail or phone number to contact. Asda customer service help line is rubbish. Sent e- mails to customer services they were equally bad as they didn't even read it properly believing it was a George order in store not a return to another retailer. I was unable to trace parcel via their system from my receipt.
No-one could trace the parcel it seemed to disappear into thin air.
So this morning I started a case with Resolver on-line and 7 hours later my parcel has been located back with the retailer and a refund is being processed as I type.
DO NOT get fobbed off by these clowns start your case with Resolver and you should find it gets sorted mush quicker. This is the second time I have done this. Keep on with it until you get a result.

Two weeks and still not arrived. Bought of Amazon then they asked me to return via Asda self service. Took 49 minutes to resolve issues with broken printer and collection.

Don't use this service if you require next day delivery as they don't scan the parcels in until night time.
The parcel was recieved into the store at 2.30pm and I went in at 530pm to find out why it hadn't been scanned in yet to be told they're too busy so they won't get to them until 7pm at the earliest.
I paid £7.99 for next day delivery and won't be able to collect it as its not easy for me to get to the store, especially at 8 o'clock at night.

*Edited* - ForYou have located my parcel after nearly 2 weeks of wondering where it is.
Sent a high value item back to retail with ASDA toyou and its been stuck in national depot since 4th of August with no further updates.
Emailed the retailer and they keep telling me to wait as they haven't received anything yet, but it states on the ASDA ToYou website that if nothing has updated on tracking within 48 hours then contact the retailer for them to chase it up.
I have now emailed the ToYou customer service to see if I can get any further response.
