I bought a water slide a couple weeks ago but changed my mind to a different slide before it was delivered. Toyz World were more than happy to stop the original order and deliver the other water slide. I've spoke to customer services a couple of times regarding my order and haven't had any issues and hey have been very helpful.

This shop has everything you need for your little ones. Great value for money and lots of variety.

Like everyone we are all tightening our belts in terms of our finances so Toyz world is the ideal shop for purchasing great value items for your children compare their prices to other leading toy retailers and you will find this company to be the best value you will find on the internet.It was my sons birthday and he wanted a slide so our first stop was a toy shop on the high street,my gosh,i nearly fell over with the prices they were charging.My friend recommended toyworld to me and i was pleased to find the prices are affordable and they have a huge range of play equipment at great prices.The website was very easy to navigate and the order arrived quickly.The quality of the slide is very good and my son loves it,i was especially happy that it arrived on time for my sons birthday.My son has special needs and has been telling all his special needs friends to tell their parents to shop
at toyzworld.My son spends hours and hours playing on his slide,so we have a very happy child and believe me it's not easy to keep him entertained,but the slide has really kept him happy and occupied and the product is getting used again and again so the quality is fantastic.I would not hesitate to recommend Toyzworld.

The toys sold on this site are amazing. Having a young son who practically lives outdoors this site makes my job much easier to find the perfect gifts and toys to help him develop :-)

Do not buy from this company, we spent £549.95 on a water slide that split after an hours use, a very upset little boy, they will not replace it , stay well clear, any reviews on her that have been removed are all Negative one about the company, STAY AWAY

The customer service is non existent from this company. They are rude and unhelpful. I have had to seek legal advice because they would not replace or allow a refund for a faulty item after just 7 days of purchase. They would also not cover the costs of returning the faulty item. Both actions are ILLEGAL under the Sale of Goods Act and they have been reported to Trading Standards (on advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau). They have been reported for unfair business practice under the Consumer Protection against unfair trading regulations 2008. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

These guys are cowboys, they made a mistake with my order and refused to give a refund. It looks like they do this regularly if you look at the all the previous complaints and reviews here.

If you buy and need help, you may not get it so unless you know that it will arrive 100% in good and working order and can guaranteed that you won't have problems, would say go and shop elsewhere.

The bouncy castles are much much smaller than they look in the photos. They look much bigger in the photos. I was very disappointed with mine as were the kids.
Very thin too so can easily break.

I bought on Amazon with this company and have had 7 weeks of trouble getting a refund for damaged item.

Echo Mc Hammer, go elsewhere, you'll be safer .
