Bought the 17ft water slide for our 2 kids under 6 and have trouble getting them off it... We are the envy of the street! Thank you toyz world

I brought this item via the ebay store and then phoned to pay by credit card. The service was friendly but professional. The item arrived the next day and the delivery company that Toyz World used even e-mailed me to give me a one hour time slot for delivery. The postage was even free!!. The item has kept my three children entertained all weekend, something unheard of!!!! Would definitely use this company again for such fast efficient service.

We bought the 22ft storm slide and when the box came we thought, oh my word, this will be rubbish! However, we were very wrong! We put it up the same night and were really, really impressed by the size and strength of it! Very pleased, so thanks!

I ordered a Miss Kitty toddler bed for my little girl and I must say I am very pleased with the product. My girl loves the bed as well and it appears to be solidly built. The assembling instructions were simple and easy to follow and it took less that 30min to fully assembly the bed. The only reason I have not given Toyz World five stars is that they do not give a morning or afternoon slot for the delivery, meaning I had to wait all day for a delivery which eventually arrived at 5pm. If you could improve on that, you will have an excellent from me.

I purchased the bed for my son as it was cheaper than on ebay. Ordering it was very straightforward - and I as have never heard of Toyz World, was wary about using them however Trustpilot is a brilliant idea and gave me the opportunity to check the company was genuine and reliable. The bed was delivered the next day. I have no complaints about Toyz World however I have had no contact with them or any problems with the bed so there fore I haven't any experience - but my little boy loves the bed. The mattress seems a bit cheap but obviously that is down to the manufacturer not the retailer.

Excellent range of top quality toys which i feel confident letting my precious children play safe. Recommend to all my friends.

I ordered an electric car for my daughter and was skeptical whether this would be any good quality as the price was so good! I spoke to a guy at Toyz world who seemed to know his stuff and was really helpful and polite and talked me through what else they had available for the age of my daughter. When I received my car it was great quality arrived on time and more importantly my daughter loved it, would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends with kids the same age! Great value for money and fab service

Ordered black Audi, arrived 2 weeks late - on arrival, we noticed damage to the bonnet and oil leakage on the motors. It was returned, and replaced with yet another broken car. Total plastic crap, not the worth the money and was refused a refund - and was told to replace the part myself!
What a joke!
Always read their policy, cause they got you by the balls.

My experience with toyz world from the off was nothing short off excellent! When I questioned the staff on the electric scooter their response was clear, informative and polite at the same time!
Delivery was super quick and the scooter has been a great success with the kids!!
Definately recommend!

order 12v range rover car with no fuss or issue. Car arrived on within 3 days. Read terms and conditions and knew any faults had to be reported within 24 hrs. Unfortuantley one bracket underneath had broken but car would still work. Rang up, got good customer service and got sent a replacement part - no fuss, no issues

I added and paid for a personalised number plate as part of my order and this has not been included.

I would advise anyone making a purchase from toyz world to read every last sentence in their returns policy! We ordered our son's ride on car on the friday night and it arrived 16.30 wednesday afternoon all going well so far well not for long!!! I was working that evening so did'nt take it out of the box until just after 6pm the following evening, only to discover some heavy damage to the plastic chasis of the car split and cracked quite bad. I rang toyz world straight away only to be told i had 24 hours to report a fault with a product and i was now a couple of hours over that so i was advised i would have to pay to have it shipped back to worcester nearly 200 miles away or take it there myself! when we told the guy on the phone we wanted to make a complaint he put the phone down on us! worst online purchase experience ever and i think i'll stick to the high street retailers next time. UPDATE, after months of trying to repair this load of rubbish as eveytime it's used something falls off it, I've given up and it's going the tip! £150 quid wasted, trust me don't give this lot your hard earned money!

We ordered the bed at 13-20 and it was delivered at 10-30 the next day, very quick.

I would recommend this company to any one.
