Extremely disappointed. I had to rearrange one appointment due to work then had covid so had to cancel. They then try to charge me 95.00 for cancelling a 30 minute appointment due to having covid. Would they rather I went and shared covid with them. Not recommended at all

Dr Nicole Foyle has been my dentist for a number of years and she has completely destroyed my fear of dental treatment. She is always calm, gentle and smiling! My recent problems were dealt with immediately and the outcome was entirely satisfactory.
I should like to thank her and her supporting staff who make a visit to this dental surgery an enjoyable experience.

I was dealt with quickly and had my treatment in a very efficient and professional manner as usual. My new crown was made and fitted on site within a couple of hours.

Having been a patient of Tracey for a number of years, every appointment is so relaxed, every member of staff so professional and treatment carried out perfectly. I've just had to have a triple bridge on my top front teeth and round to the right side, job done perfectly and without fuss. The after care is so thorough and, as a patient, I feel so well looked after, nothing is too much trouble, from the moment you walk through the front door, until you walk back out again. Great staff, lovely atmosphere and a wide range of treatments. I like that there is car parking on site too. Ben is a great credit to the team - his personality is always so vibrant and happy.

I have always been a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist. I got engaged and knew I needed to do something about my teeth ready for my wedding photos. Tracey and the whole team were amazing. I was able to go in and get to know the clinic before any treatment was started to ease my anxiety. This reassurance and support was a massive help in getting me the smile I wanted for my very special day. Since day one Tracey has been everything I could wish for and more and I’m so pleased to be able to take my little girl to her to help build her confidence in going to the dentist so she never becomes scared like I was.

Lovely professional and knowledgeable guy who treated her with friendly clear and concise advice before, during and after her treatment. Tried for the first time the new Uni Face by Alma Prime X treatment and I wasn’t disappointed. I left glowing and so relaxed with a noticeable lift in my face and neck. Would definitely recommend and brightening mask at the end was a fab treat. Ben is wonderful at helping me decide which treatment was right for me focusing on rejuvenation. 5 star experience 😊

James David Garrit is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He has been very rude towards me and I have therefore left the clinic. Never attend this clinic as this man is anything but a good professional.
