Patient Administration is very poor. There is always an issue with an appointment, either the attending Dr. is not there without notifying the patient ahead of time or they have to reschedule at the last minute or there is confusion of some sort across the different practices. Without fail I have probably been to the clinic 8-10 times and at least 7 of these times there has been a mix-up.....
However, once you do get to see the correct person the service is absolutely wonderful. It is just such a pity that you have to be frustrated and annoyed each time before getting to be attended to.

I was treated like a absolutely queen. Tracy is full of kindness and knows how to make you feel right at home. You leave feeling more confident and I'd never want to go anywhere else. Her knowledge and expertise is unmatchable. Thank you Tracy bell!

I went to the Tracey bell clinic to have a blue peel done by Ben. It was the best blue peel I have ever had done! By far! The result was so strong and visible.
I had such a good experience with Ben that I decided to go back and have filler done for alignment in the right side of my face which I had done before multiple times in different places and very painful every time.
Karen assured me everything was going to be fine and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had getting filler done! Not one bit of pain! Absolutely no pain whatsoever and very quick.
Karen and Ben have a lovely calming presence about them and are extremely professional ,loving ,caring and reassuring.
I will be having all of my treatments done at a Tracy bell clinic with Karen and Ben in the future.

Fantastic treatment from Jenny at Tracey Bell. I had IPL and sublime and the whole experience was wonderful and relaxing. After just one treatment I’ve noticed a difference. My skin looks clearer and smoother and a definite uplift in the cheeks and jawline. I’ve really missed going to Jenny for her fantastic facials and skin treatments and I can’t wait for my next treatment. I’d highly recommend Tracey Bell.

I have just returned from a consultation with Ben at the Isle of Man Clinic. What a lovely young man, put me at my ease immediately and offered brilliant advice. I couldn’t praise him enough.

Tracey Bell Liverpool robbed me nearly £6,000 for a horrible job, the braces weren't tight almost at any point they sold me some syringes for teeth whitening and they burned my gum, they gave retainer that was completely lose in my mouth, 4 years later and my mouth now is worse than what it was before I went to Tracey Bell Liverpool, I wouldn't recommend it even to my worse enemy.

I had veneers and crowns fitted by Dr. Bell over 10 years ago and they are still picture perfect and I get so many compliments about my teeth still. Fantastic professional quality dental treatment once again from Tracey Bell Dental Clinic in Liverpool today; I saw Dr. Lucas again, both he and Dr. Bell are the only dentists I have complete trust and faith in as a very wussy and nervous patient. Good to see Nicole and Jennie also so professional and welcoming.

Today I’ve been in the clinic to plan the treatment that I would like to do to make my teeth straighter.
Tom helped me a lot and he made me feel comfortable. He was as professional as polite! And I would recommend the clinic in the future for sure.

Sublime facial is more than I ever expected so much so that I've booked a course! Jennie is amazing, explains everything, talks through any questions, the care from the whole team is 1st class. I love going there, I always come out feeling great - Its such a great experience start to finish xx

After a lifetime of bad experiences and disappointment with other dentists, going to see Gail and Tracey is actually quite a relaxing experience! A strange thing to say about going to the dentist but it’s true!!
From the minute you step through the door, you are made to feel like family. Every staff member knows who you are and you are looked after at every step of the way.

5 stars isn’t enough! I have been going here for 4-5 years and always had first class treatment. Dr Tracey Bell, Jennie and the lovely office assistant. The fillers and Botox are absolutely excellent and 100% accurate to what you ask for. All the while you are being treated with respect and a lovely personable atmosphere. Highly Recommend x

Disgusted with the treatment my children haven’t had, apparently running late, however that wasn’t the case she was on the phone, and then my children get removed from the register, even though they’re both under the age of 16 years of age. I would not recommend to anyone.

I am writing in praise of Dr James Garritt for treatment I have recently received.
He explained everything in respect of the procedure easily, acknowledging my anxiety and doing his utmost to reassure me. His expertise is evident and I would highly recommend him one hundred per cent.
An extremely positive personal experience.

Tracey crowned all my top teeth in 2000. Making a huge difference to my smile and my confidence after a lifetime of Bruxism. Last night I clamped on my night guard and one of the major front crowns snapped off. I was gutted and left with a gaping hole. To top it all I had a meeting today I could not miss. I called at 22.30 and left a message and then drove to the surgery at 0730. I knww Tracey would sort this out in time. On the way I got a call telling me to come in immediately and I was in the chair by 0815! She and James pulled out all the stops. They did a root canal, fitted a post, and replaced the original crown. No other surgery could or would move at this speed, and have this excellence in house. Thanks Tracey and James. I was treated like a valued client and have such confidence in their abilities.

Went in for a little fat freezing from areas that due to any amount of dieting,won’t come off.
Explained the treatment thoroughly. Showed great care and attention before,during,and follow up. Also it works !!! lol. Thank you so much

I attended Tracey Bell's clinic due to chronic toothache I had during lockdown. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time because of a traumatic experience I had in 2013 which scarred me quite badly. Tracey couldn't have been more helpful and attentive to me. Also for the first time explained what was actually going on in my mouth. She was the only one that was able to see me in an emergency. I really can't thank Tracey and her team enough. The staff at the clinic were so pleasant and happy. Just wanted to say a special thanks to Beth for getting me in for an appointment at such short notice and to the amazing Tracey for stopping my toothache which I've had for such a long time. :) I would definitely recommend going to Tracey's clinic such lovely people and amazing at their job. Thank you xx
