Recent multiple dental issues which…
Recent multiple dental issues which have necessitated frequent visits and ongoing to several Practitoners including Tracey herself James for a job well done Gail and not forgetting Marie on reception.
Am terrified of dental treatment but this is always acknowledged and I am taken good care of always.
Lots of decisions to consider -given excellent support and advice
to help me make informed choices.
Special praise for James who did a root canal and crown-did not feel anything !!first time ever !over many years with other dentists where I have had some not so good experiences.
The only thing I felt briefly was the local anaesthetic.
Miraculous work James-thank you.And thanks to Tracey and Gail as always.They are long suffering I expect!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed - bottom set of dentures have not fitted correctly since their completion in-spite of knowing about my shallow bottom gum. Each visit more was taken of the plate and now I am unable to use them. A new bottom plate is required.

If you are in anyway unhappy please comeback in and we will investigate .
As we explained a lower denture with no ridge or bone will often cause problems with retention and by placing a soft liner we have attempted to ensure it will fit as best possible in the clinical situation presented .Your last appointment we have for your was Tuesday this week where the reline was adjusted ..... if you have any problem all you have to do is call us and we can help you as can our technician .

Friendly educated staff
I have had 4 sessions of laser hair removal at the clinic. The staff were all friendly. The expert honest about the treatment and expectations or success. All of this was good. The reason that I have given 4 stars not 5 is because the computer and staff reminder system is a bit intense and I found it a bit too invasive.
Just 1 reminder to my mobile is enough.
