Awful, two days in a row I have had time slot for the same order, after waiting indoors for two days still no delivery or update on the tracking to confirm it is yet again not going to be delivered today. I have called, emailed and Facebook message to find out where my parcel is. Impossible to speak to anyone let alone get a reply. Awful service.

Failed to delivery on numerous occasions. Then delivery driver had audacity to state unable to access delivery address. Complete nonsense, he never even made an effort. No customer focus and extremely difficult to communicate with.
incomplete package
firstly they only delivered 1 Tyre not 4. It took nonstop emails but recied the other 3 tyres 14 dqys later. Then i needed to return them as i had perchased tyres else where.
Now my return shpment number seems invalid but get the same one back, new pick up time and day. the chat bot only answeres in German ? Imposible to get to speak to an advisor. Tracking does not work either. Even downloaded the app. Even werse.

I posted a package on 13th February to my niece for her 16th birthday. Package was collected from its pick up point with no problem. DHL then advised on 15th February my parcel was out for delivery. I then received a message to say the driver had been delayed and the parcel would be delivered the next day. Parcel was not delivered. Then it was delayed again. I was then informed it would be delivered on the 20th Feb, then I received another update to say there was another delayed and it would be delivered on the 21st Feb and now on the 21st I’ve been informed the parcel has been lost been. I’m so angry with the service (or lack of service) that DHL provided. I notice all the bad reviews, but DHL never responds to anyone. They should be ashamed. Rubbish service will never use again

Tracking says 2 stops away at 3pm. Delivery due between 1423 and 1523. waited till 1800 and tracking still showing 2 stops away. completely ruined my plans for the evening. No explanation given. Tracking now saying "The delivery of your consignment is subject to a book in arrangement and will be delivered as soon as possible" Cant find any explanation anywhere to tell me what this means. I will never willingly use this mob again. Complaint to their customer services got automated “72 hours response time”

On 3 occasions now i have had issues with DHL one throwing parcel over the gate as it were luckily it was crisps and twice leaving front gate open,i asked the driver to come back and close the gate his reply "i have no time"I have been in touch with DHL,so i await their responce.Give me DPD,Everei,Yodel,Amazon anytime if i could give a zero rating then i would.
Poor coordination of website, call center and couriers
I ordered a product from Apple and unfortunately, this is the courier that they use. I was told that I have to be available to receive the package because it requires a signature, so I requested on their website for a delivery date on Wednesday, 1st November. To my suprise, they still attempted to deliver the package the day before that (Tuesday), while I was at work. On the day that I was expecting my delivery, my day off, I received a message that the delivery would be delayed and sent because apparently, a driver was not allocated for my package. I contacted them regarding this while I was at work the next day and told them I am working until today, Friday, so I need a weekend delivery day. They said they cannot do weekend deliveries. I compromised and told them that I will take the day off today just to receive the package. And this is the message that greets in the tracking website: your parcel has been returned to the sender. Very inefficient team. They need to sort this out for the sake of their customers.

They tell so many lies it's unbelievable....they are saying my parcel is out for delivery....but on Monday the 9th.....! They are on parcel 39, mine is 53....it's been on 39 for almost 4 hours! The worst service by a long way!

Thought this company have a name, but now I know that need to avoid this company. Customer support, what customer support? Can't call and speak, email? Doesn't reply or explain anything... Said on email, will leave safe place, but have not... Ordered next day delivery on Thursday, Friday failed. Saturday collection fail as hasnt supplied with depo address or any information. Monday message 15:29 will be delivered to local store ( GAVE YOU A CHANCE) but 15:35 (delayed and is unable to deliver....) Whats the point of next day delivery service?? Shocking service, awful experience! Don't recommend at all! ZERO STARS VERY NEGATIVE!!!

DHL has followed the trend set by Yodel and Evri and now outright lie on their website.
Their website states that their 'friendly customer service agents' are available until 8pm on the landline on weekdays. I called at 6pm and was given three options, all of which were fully automated and none of which would allow me to speak to a human being. I tried every option combo and verbal command I could think of.
I waited in all day Tuesday 25 July for an item that was sent as 'next day' on Monday. At 6pm the tracking updated to say delivery would now be Wednesday 26 July. So I wasted my day waiting in for nothing.
DHL were unreachable so I tried their Facebook Messenger. It's now Sunday and they haven't replied to Tuesday's messages.
Couriers are seriously failing their customers right now. You're all as bad as each other and this drive to cut costs by using automated bots on chat and customer services numbers and denying us access to staff who could help us, is going to lose you customers, like me.

DHL Lying to customers
Only give one star as you cannot give none. Supposed to deliver today but have not as could not find me, never rung to ask. Spoke to customer services who said he would come today and he would ring for directions. I hate being lied to why can you not be honest and say he is not coming. I was mad before I am livid now. Is it policy at DHL to lie to customers to get them to go away. Wayfair need to dump DHL they are doing you no good.
Can't even deliver to a DHL Service Point
How difficult can it be to deliver a parcel to one of your own Service Points? Well... in the case of DHL, very. Goods started their journey on 28 June and as I wasn't going to be in on 29 June, I decided to send the goods to a DHL service point instead. For some reason this added an extra day to the journey (even though DHL were probably going to pick up/drop off other parcels from the same Service Point).
So... having accepted that the delivery would now be a day late (30 June) despite paying a premium price for the delivery service, I waited for the notification that the goods were ready to collect. At 4PM, I was notified that the goods were 'delayed' as DHL were unable to access the address. The address being one of DHL's own Service Points - a newsagent that is open every day until 7PM. So... instead of doing the right thing and delivering the parcel next day (Saturday), DHL instead decided to take the whole weekend off, despite having failed to fulfil their own delivery promise of delivery on 30 June.
On to 03 July... at 8PM the website declared that the delivery was delayed again. Email received at 9PM suggesting that the goods would be delivered on 30 June ?!?
On to 04 July... Who knows what will happen next. Tune in again for more updates on the incompetence of DHL.
Appalling
Appalling, sent text saying will collect my parcel between 07.28 and 08.28 but no-one arrived. Then said will be here by 18.00 then said here by 20.00 then said oops driver delayed. I missed a major event at a personal cost of £70 before I lost the enjoyment. They then said on phone line will collect tomorrow, full day gone and no sign. Now say will collect on 3rd day but Im taking it to a depot to be sure it goes. Disgusting awful company, do not use under any circumstances.
