Outright liars employed as drivers
Outright liars employed as drivers. Email received saying that my parcel had been handed to my wife (by name) on checking with her, nothing. So looked outside and there it was on the doorstep in the rain for anyone walking past to pick up. Not a delivery company just a dump it service....Appalling.

Delivery was supposed to be 14th Oct. Every day a new email says itl be with you the next day. Today again another email your parcel has been delayed 24hours. Tracking service is useless it doesn't give you any info.
Appalling Service
DHL have had my parcel (from a very reputable company) since Oct 7th. Delivery date should have been 11th Oct (I have an email to this effect). I heard nothing until Wednesday, when I was informed that there was another 24 hour delay. On the Thursday, I actually received a delivery time (15:17 to 16:17). I was supposedly drop 31. The driver finished at No 28. I contacted DHL and explained that the parcel was now urgent, but, due to a medical appointment, delivery had to be before 14:30 today. They promised to contact the depot. So what time have they given me for today? 14:55 to 15:55. (I have no safe place where a parcel could be left, and I had told them that I had difficulty caring things, so leaving with a neighbour was out of the question.

Lying and unreliable company
DHL are a lying company claiming to have left a calling card and that I was out. I waited in all day for a delivery and not one called. No calling card was left. They are unreliable and I would never use this company again.

I was surprised by how bad the customer service is now; it used to be good a few years ago.
My last DHL experience is being terrible. I wasted more than one hour this morning on the WhatsApp chat and I still do not know why the delivery of my parcel is being delayed when it has been in the distribution center for the last 5 days!!
The advisor on the chat only wanted to get my data and pretended I could not get any help before providing Name, Address, Telephone number... Their tracking number or label for the shipping they had issued were not enough, they could not find it!! LOL!! They were also pretending they could not open the pdf with the shipping information they had sent me.
By they way, I still do not know the answer to my very simple question: final expected delivery??
Please be advised they collect our data in the chat, it is only about that, they do not want to help or do any customer care.
I requested the deletion of my data under GDPR regulation, but this will also have to be followed up by another team 24 hours later.

Shocking service ordered a package and told DHL would deliver. Knowing I wasn’t going to be in I decided to go on and reroute to a parcel shop so I could deliver. Parcel delivered to the parcel shop and received an email saying delivered when you get the code you can collect. Code never arrived asked for the code 10 times no code arrived. Contact us on Facebook it said … no reply. Rang customer service we can’t send the code only head office which can take 48 hours !! Rang the parcel shop no sorry you can’t collect without the code !! Muppets so no idea how we are supposed to collect the parcel we needed for this weekend ! Shocking service !
Dangerous and irresponsible!
They've got to be trying really hard to be this bad! Ordered a product online from a large well known High Street Shop, who then gave me a delivery date. This was a large item and we were both out that day, so I contacted them to rearrange. I was told that DHL would be delivering and was given the tracking number and told how to rearrange. Went onto DHL website and was told that the Tracking number had not yet been put onto their system. No phone number or Email, but there was a facility to contact them via Facebook, which I did. No reply, so I left a message asking them not to deliver. I knew they'd leave it with our neighbours who are very old and currently unwell. There was no reply, until 9pm the day before telling me the item had been delivered. It wasn't to our house and there was no, "Sorry we missed you" card. There was then a lot of massaging, while they tried to find out where they'd delivered it. Eventually, they informed me that the 40kg item was with my 90 year old neighbour, who'd just had a hip replacement. What it that had fallen over on him? Bafoons!

Have been chasing a long overdue delivery from Germany. Tracking service says parcel arrived in UK on 29 Jul but no progress since then. Absolutely the worst service from a company who refuse to respond to my requests for information.

Why no international tracking???
I cannot understand why the tracking service on DHL Parcel UK only gives tracking information on an international delivery while the package is still in the UK. It's going to the US and it might as well be going to outer space!

Had a parcel delivered to one of DHL drop off shops as I was at work. Sent me an email saying parcel ready for collection, but with no pick up code and shop keeper refused to give me the parcel without a code.
I have now phoned DHL 3 times and requested a new code sent 5 times online, sat outside shop for 2 hours as I needed the parcel for a job im on, before giving up and going home..5 hours latercand still no code...Will not be buying from any company using DHL

this excuse of a delivery company is a complete joke. Had an account with them for approx 12 months, collecting and delivering our packages. Until a few weeks ago when the collections became irratic. Getting hold of our 'Account Manager' is impossible. Now we are lucky to get a collection every other day A service we are paying for.
DHL many years ago used to be a good company but now they are the cowboys kings. PLEASE avoid even Hermes are more reliable
Delivery company that just doesn't do deliveries
Definitely not a delivery service willing to deliver. Today I've been waiting for a parcel at home in the time window provided by the company. The driver never turned up. The driver's tracking information provided an excuse for not delivering a parcel as not being able to access the property (which is absolute nonsense). I contacted customer service via messenger as they do not provide customer service over the phone. I received no reply, no customer service, absolutely nothing. DHL has now ignored me for 5 hours. The company seems to be full of incompetent people across different roles. Would not recommend it.

I Recently purchased a watch from Japan it came from the town in Japan to Hong Kong from there to Germany then on to the UK and then to my local depot in 3 days a journey of about 6000 miles it then sat in the depot in Maidstone for 3 days waiting for the staff there to bring it the remaining 20 miles to my home, although I had paid the import duty on the Friday morning the payment status had not been updated to the depot for them to release and deliver it and if I had not spent a considerable amount of time trying to contact them to resolve this I doubt that I would have received it when I did, as this was a high value purchase it was paid for using an escrow service and its not helpful when the courier lies on the tracking history and claims to have attempted delivery on the Friday morning which makes it look like they met their target time and its my fault for not being available to receive it when in reality they never tried to deliver or even put it on the van as they had not processed my duty payment and won't deliver until the payment is logged on their system, so my review of DHL would be that the international side of the company seem very efficient and are able to move things around the world very quickly but are badly let down by the local processing and delivery depots and a system that does all it can to prevent you from contacting anyone when things go wrong.

Unbelievably appalling. 2 packages delivered to wrong address. They refused to collect and redeliver to us. Then say its up to us to start a claim against the senders for non-receipt of goods. FFS what planet do these moron live on? I wouldn't wish this DHL crapcompany on my worst enemy. My recommendation avoid like the plague. Just the worst run company in the UK.
