Porky pies and toads!!!
Porky pies!!!! Expected a delivery and just as I was waiting literally at the door, I received a text message saying they had tried to deliver but no one was home!!!
There were two cars in my drive!!!
I was waiting by the door from the start of the 1 hour delivery window.
Then, when I tried to contact the toads, all I got was an automated service which only offered a re-booking!
Obviously, I would not use this company but the seller probably has no choice and so recipients have to suffer at the 'shenanigans'.
I look forward to the day we have similar public shaming for individuals responsible, making them march through the streets with 'dunce' hats (or equivalent) on!

Well, well, well! It turns out the supplier (brilliant peeps) checked for me and the driver attempted to deliver my parcel when he was NOT even in the area!!! They looked at the drivers GPS to confirm it.
DHL must be cut from the same cloth as Bozo Boris, i.e. blatant liars and have no problem even when they are found out!

This company should be stopped trading . I’ve had deliveries from a company for many years with no problems whatever. For the last 2 orders for some reason they changed to DHL, first order was very late, me parcel was declared as damaged, I got a refund from seller, the second parcel was damaged & arrived unannounced. Next order ,twice they have lied to say they attempted delivery, no card left, we were at home. The tracking says it’s still at their depot. This company needs to be investigated.

Should have had a delivery on Monday didn’t arrive I then had a text it would be delivered today I followed on the tracker it was delivering drop number 79 I was next number 80 I registered to have a text or email to say I was next which I didn’t get .
As I live on a farm so I drove down t to the entrance to make it easier no van arrived I then get a text after 20 minutes waiting I got a message on the tracker to say they couldn’t get an answer at the address so it will be delivered tomorrow A pack of lies they never tried to come near my house

Waited in for 3 days for collection from these fools and told lie after lie, that they couldn’t find my address and that they had called 3 times and I wasn’t in!!! Disgusting. In desperation I went to a DHL drop off point in WH Smith’s, Ramsgate, and they wouldn’t take the package as it had “the wrong barcode”. A DHL delivery man was there collecting packages and said to me…” I’m sick of people like you winging about collections. Following our vans and demanding answers”. This is TRUE, I can provide a witness, the stunned counter assistant at Smith’s.
There is NO communication between the depot, the management and the poor ba****ds on the supposed help line. AVOID.

The most horrific customer service and support I’ve ever not received ! 8 days after a next day parcel, no sign, idea, no communications …. An absolute disgrace …. They make Yodal and Hermes looks like they have a Royal Seal !
Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling company to deliver with. They were supposed to deliver my parcel twice but no show and the website just said that the parcel was back at the depot. They didn’t even attempt to deliver and no reason why they didn’t. Contacted customer service to be told we are extremely busy and as you see in the news re HGV drivers. Thought that is not my fault and you shouldn’t take the business if you can’t actually deliver on time. So in the end it took 4 days to deliver when it should have been 1.
Spent £1000 no delivery
Spent £1000 on cox and cox. Item dispatched on 27/11 and still no sign now on the 7/12 apparently tried to deliver yesterday without giving me any heads up or leaving calling card. I can’t stay in my house forever in the hopes it will turn up as its a large order that needs signature. And you also cannot get through to anyone apart from an automated system which is useless. Poor service, took today off from my job at the hospital in the hopes it will get delivered but still absolutely 0 correspondence

The courier lies when they can’t be bothered and this time it’s the customer refused the parcel what crap he hasn’t even driven past. Why would I order netting and then refuse it for gods sake get your business in order.
Incompetent with Zero Customer Service
I had high hopes after being let down by DPD. This service is atrocious. They do not do what they say they will do. First they couldn’t find the house, then they said they would deliver two days later. Then they didn’t bother and eventually delivered one week later. Not good enough. Bye DHL.
DHL Parcels
DHL Parcels, Dartford have delayed our companies urgent deliveries. 2 days late, had to go and collect the parcels myself, this meant, closing the shop in order to drive to the depot.
The lady at the depot was very friendly, which tells me, that its the LOGISTICS of DHL that are the issue.

I ordered goods from a company on 25th November to be delivered to my home address and they provided a DHL tracking link. When I followed the link DHL stated they were delivering to a parcel shop of my choice - the best an hour's return drive. No explanation and no option to deliver to my home.
On 26th they said parcel was out for delivery.

Worse on 27th I rang them and got an automated message that the parcel was being delivered that day between 3:15 and 4:15. The following day I drove over to pick it up - no DHL parcels had been delivered.
I don't understand why anyone would use these people, they are worse than useless.
Disgraceful service.
DHL collected my order on Monday 22nd November scheduled for express delivery. It is now Monday 29th November and still no delivery despite repeated notifications that my parcel was ‘out for delivery’. They are a total waste of space and send out repeated false promises of delivery. Do not use this incompetent delivery company!
Hopeless service and dishonest website
We all expect the odd failed delivery but when the item is clearly perishable food, you expect best endeavours to deliver on time. When a website says "If you would like to talk to one of our advisors about your parcel delivery, please call: 02476 937 770" you expect to be able to speak to an advisor if you call the number during their stated hours.
Both of these are clearly beyond DHL. Their tracking system say the item is at the depot, their phoneline is not an advisor, it claims a deliver will be made in a time slot.
I will submit a subsequent review when this is resolved.
Breathtakingly Incompetent
DHL delivered a chair they'd managed to snap all four legs off in transit. The furniture company arranged for them to collect the remains on Friday.
They turned up 2 days EARLY, return package not ready.
Then arrived on Friday at my neighbours house and as I approached the driver with the package he took one look at me and drove off before I could stop him.
I was then told they would come on Monday, they didn't no explanation.
So I'm still sitting here on Tuesday, trying to get through to a human on the phone.
Utterly useless.

The first message I have received on my mobile said it's going to be delivered on Friday the 19 of November, which is just one day after the commitment dhl made. Then I received a message that I can expect delivery on the 24th of November. Which is 9 days- 6 days late. I have paid extra for door-to-door international 1-3 days. I have contacted dhl with my complaint and that's where it got funnier: I got told that they are not a legal entity that handles my parcel and I have been advised to contact the other provider. Mind you I have paid the DHL not the other provider. Then my shipment got stuck at the customs and I keep receiving a messages to go through the link - that did not work. Then I started to receive phone calls. Good, I thought- cose I could not contact anyone except that team in the UK that brush me off. The call was from the local provider asking me for all sorts of things- the most bizarre being photograph of my passport. I compiled. Then they ask to specify the delivery address. And that's where it got hilarious: the parcel has a detailed address on it and also very clear directions on how to get to my house. In inch big black on white writing. It's in the middle of diplomatic quarters so you cannot really miss it! So far I have sent them the address and directions twice already and the parcel is still not delivered. Two major issues here: None to talk to when you want to make a complaint, you just getting brushed off to another team, another entity you have never had any dealings with. Second- an absolutely faulty process of handling deliveries amplified by errores in internal communication and incompetence in your ground team.
