This company is terrible and everyone is sleeping here. Omg😱 I have never ever seen any company very stressful 😡 like this in my entire life, my order was out for delivery since 3rd November 21 but never delivered to the collection Centre, either out for delivery from 9 am and is later in the depot at 6-7 pm ( always in circulation to the depot), what was the driver doing nothing!!! Customer Service claim “we would live an email for the depot and this would be delivered to you” but did nothing. Submitted my email and number for the collection code but nothing was sent to me!! I only have 2 days or the order would be sent back to the retailer but the amazing part is that it's always at the depot or with the driver😂 so I don't know when this would be delivered😢😂🥵. Plsss Footlocker never send my parcel through DHL. Please Post my parcels through Royal mail❤️ or Hermes. CAUSE DHL THE COMPANY IS NOT SERIOUS AND DON'T KNOW IF THEY KNOW WHAT Their RESPONSIBILITIES OR ROLES ARE!!! Everyone in this company is sleeping. Wednesday: took the afternoon off to wait on my delivery slot. No one ever showed up.
Thursday: missed my slot because I couldn’t take any time. Got sent a photo of the box outside my flat (looking very damaged) as “proof of attempt”. They left a card which had no details on it. If I hadn’t known I had a DHL parcel I wouldn’t have been able to do anything without the information they’re meant to put on it.
Friday: delivery meant to be that day. That’s okay, I had Friday afternoon off. Instead I got a message that they’d do it on Monday. When I’d be at work. I contacted them about it and they said they’d deliver today.
Saturday (today): they give me a slot so I rush back from my morning coffee with friends and I’ve been sitting here waiting ever since. The delivery slot has come and gone and there’s no sign of my parcel. I called the number to “speak to a customer service representative” but after trying every option and a few others there’s no way to actually speak to a human.
So I’ve wasted like 2 days waiting on a damaged parcel being delivered by an opaque and frankly terribly rated company.

I made the mistake of sending my parcel before I read the reviews. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I agree with those who said they wish they could give it zero stars. I have just heard today that my parcel has been returned as it was "refused at the address".I was home waiting for it and nobody even came to our house. It was probably refused because the driver was at the wrong address! I will NEVER use DHL again. If you choose to use them now I would suggest you'd be better off putting your shoes on and start walking with your parcel.. Oh, did I mention it cost me 35 pounds for all of this. I just hope they can get it back to where it started from.

Once I had a brand new iphone coming by post (value over £1,000). DHL was paid to deliver before noon, check my ID card and hand it over only to me. At 6:30pm my flatmate coming home from work said he found some box for me in the hedges in our front yard.
Other occasion DHL driver was coming for two weeks to my home every two days and he always left without delivering my package. I was on the line with DHL every day. Two weeks of struggle later his manager told me to wait because driver is about to arrive. He drove off before I run downstairs. Manager called driver who said "THERE ARE TWO FLATS THERE AND TWO DOOR BELLS, HE DID NOT KNOW WHICH ONE TO PRESS..." How stupid can one be to be driving to my home for 2 weeks every two days and not press any of them !?!?!!!???
False 'attempted delivery' claim and 3-day old chilled food delivery
DHL are just dire. I've just had a terrible experience where both myself, and the poor little artisan empanada company who I bought from, suffered at their hands. Order was for fresh empanada which are packed in ice and dispatched on a next day service. Delivery was due Tuesday and I had several texts changing the slot until they finally alighted on 5-6pm. I work from home and my office overlooks the front drive - no DHL courier showed up. The next morning I checked the tracking status and see that, apparently, delivery had 'been attempted' and the box of chilled food was now back at a depot. Later that day the seller contacted me, apologising for something having gone wrong with delivery and I relayed to them that DHL were falsely claiming delivery attempted at 5.09pm. By that point the tracking site showed the parcel going out to a service point. The next day I received a refund from the empanada company because, being chilled food, the delivery had to be on the stated day or not at all. Yesterday afternoon I see a DHL van hove into view outside my house - man jumps out and literally punts a box outside my front door and then strides off without having rung the doorbell. On opening the front door I was confronted with a rather sorry-looking battered box...which turned out to be the empanadas turning up 2 days late. Obviously the ice packs had melted days before and the contents had to be thrown as they contained fresh meat - but so battered was the box that even the carefully packed trays of empanadas were squashed.

Here we go again not real world time but dhl time ordered a something yesterday paid for next day delivery then here we go again we’re sorry but your shipment has has been delayed we expect to deliver on the next working day.and if your lucky they might just do that’ but in the meantime you just rearrange your whole life 0n the of chance that you might get your delivery when they get around to it.I’m pretty sure if the companies than use dhl new the way they treat there customers they would probably change shippers’ because there’s nothing worse than paying for next day and it never happens.
No Show for Uplift for 18 days - Dropoff No Better - NOT USE
I thought I would try DHL as Hermes, DPD and UPS had let me down more than once each and their customer support was insurmountable!. DHL are proving to be every bit as bad. I wish I had read the reviews. Unfortunately the EBay pack link "service" seems to select this company.
Uplift Parcel 1st Oct - I waited 5 days for DHL to uplift the parcel before trying to contact customer services. It was meant to be a next day uplift service. Day 5 - I called them. The suggestion was that I travelled 8 miles to their distributions depot to drop it off!! I explained that I didn't have a car which was why I had paid extra for uplift. They said they would get in touch with the depot and phone me back. They didnt!
Day 11 - A friend was taking me away for the weekend so we took the parcel with us planning to drop it off.
Attempt 1 - LocaStore Glasgow - we visited the convenience store at the address given but they said they didn't deal with DHL. They thought it was probably the locker drop off in the street. They also told me that I would not be able to drop a parcel there as all the slots had been sold a week ago and no one had been to uplift the parcels. I checked and all the spots were filled.
Attempt 2 - Store Edinburgh - I went into drop off the parcel and they said that they only dealt with DHL International and not DHL Parcel UK. They explained that the had a number of customers dropping off parcels and it was crazy that DHL had set up to competing drop-off networks for their different brand names. When I asked for their advice it was - "Dont Use DHL".
Day 12 - I have now been waiting on the phone for 20 minutes trying to contact customer services again. Whilst I have been waiting I have been composing my service review. DHL said they had very few drivers in Central Scotland and they would schedule my parcel for Fri 15th Oct (Day 15).
Day 15 - DHL didn't show up to uplift parcel.
Day 18 - DHL India Customer Services confirmed they are unable to service East Central Scotland. No drivers. So after nearly 3 weeks I have to cancel the delivery & request a refund through the dreaded Ebay Packlink Service!
Question - Why are Ebay pushing business to DHL who don't seem to be servicing East Central Scotland.
DO NOT USE - Royal Mail are less unreliable.
DHL so bad
Ordered a pair of boots and asked to be delivered to Camper shop at Regent Street in London. On the delivery date I received a message the parcel from DHL will be delivered 2 days later.Since then no update on the package.It disappeared...So far I have sent more than 5 emails to both Camper and the delivery company DHL. They just put me on the queue with reference number.I will never order from CAMPER again.
I only hope to get my package or money back. £150
Stressful waste of time
Having waited in all day for a delivery that didn't arrive I used the app to set another delivery date. On the morning of the new date I received a text saying the item would be delivered between 11.15 and 12.15. Again I waited in. The delivery slot came and went. Then I got a text that read: "We're sorry but your consignment was refused at delivery. Please contact your sender for further information." That message had the time stamp 09:40. Nobody had called at the door and I had certainly not refused to take delivery of the consignment. Either they'd been to the wrong address or someone was logging false information. So I did as instructed and called the sender who looked into it and said it was due for delivery today - making it three days of waiting in. Then I got a text from DHL saying the parcel would arrive between 10.05 and 11.05 this morning. Good job I didn't nip out because it arrived at 09.45. The delivery guy banged on the door, but by the time I got there the parcel was propped up against the wall and he was getting in his van. We didn't make eye contact and didn't exchange a word. The contents of the parcel are worth almost £800. So not a great experience, although we finally got the parcel.
Where DHL could do better is 1) send out accurate delivery information, 2) do NOT send out false information about an attempted delivery that never took place, 3) do NOT claim that a customer refused to take a delivery when that never happened, 4) do NOT tell the customer to contact the sender, and 5) publish a number on their website where a customer can talk directly to a human being to sort things out.
Worst in the World
I can only concur with what other people have posted. Today I received notification that a delivery would arrive between 8.22 and 9.22. I was at home at 8.28 I recieved an E mail saying they had tried to deliver. Rubbish . I have had other problems previously with DHL . Lost parcels, others delivered over a mile away to a wrong address etc.

CAN ONLY SAY DO NOT DEAL WITH DHL AND IF PURCHASING ON LINE STATE WILL NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY BY DHL. SO MAKE IT CLEAR YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE DELIVERY AND DO NOT TRUST DHL.

I also wish I could give 0 stars - this has been the worse customer service ever! I’ve left comments and messages on Facebook and no response - my next day delivery - still not there after 2 weeks. NEVER will I use this service again. I took insurance out and they won’t even tell me how to claim!!!!!!!!!! I am surprised no one from DHL has responded to this post - my parcel was delivered over 2 weeks late!!! I feel I should at least be offered a refund.
7 days and still no parcel
Absolute joke if a company, suppose to receive some boots I bought online costing me £213.50, on 22nd September ( 7 days ago) no show, after ringing dhl 4 times in the last week and stupid pathetic excuses and complaints that I haven't had a reply to I have finally come to the my tether, it is now the 28th of September and yesterday I was promised to be upgraded to 10.30am delivery, again no show apparently there's now another delivery problem, complete rubbish, customer service needs training on how to do their jobs, a you get us sorry and lies and excuses, sorry doesn't get me my parcel, minus 5 stars is too good for this company, now had to put a claim in to my card issuer to get money back, thanks DHL you need to be shut down, 60120120211836 is my tracking number just incase you're interested, UPDATE JUST HAD A LADY AT THE DOOR WITH MY PARCEL, WAS THROWN OVER THE BACK FENCE AT NUMBER 66 IN THE POURING RAIN, IT IS CLEARLY MARKED 69 TWICE, MY ADRESS, THANK YOU DHL DRIVER DARREN SIMPSON FOR DOING A GREAT JOB YOU'VE BEEN NAMED AND SHAMED FOR THROWING MY PARCEL OVER SOMEONE'S FENCE IN THE RAIN, WON'T BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE THAT USES THIS PATHETIC COMPANY
