One of the worst companies out there to be delivering by far. They keep delivering to the wrong place all the time, my parcels are scattered all over London. All 3 options result in woman hanging up so I can't even contact them and these people are called DHL 😂. I wasted my money and my time and I didn't get anything. What a shame DHL
Very frustrating and appalling customer…
Very frustrating and appalling customer service. I order an item on the 09/09/2021 and was delivered by DHL on the 14/09/2021 to the building entrance unattended. The DHL driver left the item, took a photo and marked as signed by myself without even meeting me. by the time I got the notification on the app, I went downstairs and it was gone. I called DHL and they said they will have a word with driver and they advised to call Currys. Then Currys decided that since there was a photo of the item and it was saying signed by myself, am not entitled for a refund or re-delivery!! I mean I can't think of better way to steal people's money! DHL is the worst courier in the UK and they hire bunch of thieves and frauds to impostor the customers!

My very furious this morning. I was expecting a parcel on Saturday afternoon and delivery was never attempted. I made a complaint Sunday and morning received an email full of lies stating the delivery was attempted and have now been sent to a parcelshop I have no idea of, when I was home whole day Saturday expecting this deliver. Your drivers are lazy and unreliable!!

Horrific company
I was away when I got the notification for delivery, so I changed the delivery day by 3 days to ensure the security ofmy delivery.. Ha what a joke it got 'lost' ah ha.... I received nothing no notification on the Thursday, nothing I had to chase the incompetence is astounding.. Then I received the replacement shipping nearly 3 weeks later (after the seller made a claim), to receive a "how did we do" email stating "we publish reviews good and bad to give an honest view" LIES! MY REEVOO REVIEW WAS REJECTED.

DHL I hope you feel you should pay me compensation as my birds sanctuary for sick and injured birds has lost money. WHY well I had to drive around looking for my parcel wasting our funds because your drivers clearly can’t read an address label. The instructions were location not on satnav look for produce stand by gate” so the driver ignored this and dumped my parcel at a farm door and I had to enter the farm to retrieve it no one at home left on doorstep. Not impressed. Don’t keep apologising my birds can’t survive on apologises.
NO SHOW WHEN PAYED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Once again I have been let down by dhl I paid for next day delivery when I purchased the item as I needed the item quickly but once again no show by dhl when my partner waited home all day specially... the tracking stated the parcel was at my local depot this morning and would be delivered today ??? Not happy at all. Company is a joke not only wasted money paying for next day service my partner has better things to do than wait home for nothing... plus now it's the weekend I probably won't get my item until Monday which will be too late

Horrible service
Horrible service! The parcel was delivered late and I am yet to receive the code that will allow me to collect the parcel from the service point. Tried to request through the website with no success, had to call CS a couple of times and still have been told that I have to wait 48 hours for a new code to be sent. My parcel will end up being returned to the sender by the looks of it!
'Smashing' Courier!
I currently use Royal Mail but wanted to test DHLs collection service as an artist I work with in Italy ships her sculptures to me using DHL.
My experience however has not been good. I booked a collection for 25/08/21 and was home all day packing up orders. Whilst at the door with my Royal Mail postman I got an email notification -
'Our DHL Parcel driver attempted to collect your parcel at 13:06 today, but unfortunately you were away.' I contacted customer service who told me they driver had went to the wrong address.
So my parcel was delayed and my time and the customers' time was wasted, the collection service did not work.
I wish that was the only thing that went wrong with my experience but I then got an email from the customer after they received their order. The parcel had arrived damaged and the contents broken.
I have now sent a new sculpture to the customer to replace what was broken by the DHL, my normal courier arrived the next day and the customer is very happy.
The cost of the sculpture which was broken is £135. Alot of time and effort is spent designing and sculpting these by hand in Italy, they always arrive to me intact so it is very sad to see damage the first time I ship them from UK to UK with DHL.
I just hope it wasn't broken intentionally after I made a complaint about the failed collection, the sculptures are bubble wrapped, placed in a solid wooden box which is padded out with packing peanuts and further bubble wrap. the wooden boxes are then bubble wrapped and taped clearly with bright Red Fragile Parcel tape. The packaging costs me £15 as I use wooden shipping boxes specially made for each sculpture.
11 photos were sent to DHL of the packaging process for the parcel and a photos of the damage.
However DHL don't pay compensation for Valuable Items as they are 'prohibited'
Therefore If you have something of value don't use DHL, they can do what they want with your parcel and you can't do anything about it.
It would be useful if DHL recognised when you book a collection and type into the contents box that the item is prohibited and let you know, instead they just offer you to pay extra to compensate your parcel fully. If you do pay the extra your still not covered.
Use Royal Mail instead, 0 compensation offered by DHL not even a refund for the failed collection which they charge extra for.

Absolute rubbish company. Two days on the trot my parcels not turned up. Out for delivery twice and then gets rearranged yet again. I won’t be buying from any company that uses this awful firm.

Spent £41 and you cannot even track your parcel!!!! Cannot talk to anyone, apparently DHLparceluk is for UK delivery ONLY. If you book international from there… there is not way to track!!
Absolutely awful! My parcel was collected yesterday. tracked it and it says the parcel tracking was not recognised. It says the tracking would show after 24 hours, it hasn’t shown anything at all yet! No customer service and no one could help! Where is my parcel?

As with other reviews - lost my parcel (5x3ft box incidentally - how can you lose that!). Tracking meaningless. No customer service humans. Facebook/twitter responses take all day. Nothing good to say. If you decide to use them for anything valuable I suggest you stick an airtag in it. You can then tell DHL where your package is because they won't have a scooby.

I don't even want to give this company one star, they must be the worst delivery company in the UK! They change delivery dates without ever giving any notification, they seem to think that no one works, we all just sit at home wasting whole days because they don't live up to their committments. And they don't just do it once, they do it over and over again and they don't even give any excuses! I have run into this before with DHL but this is the last time. I will NOT buy from any company that ships with DHL and I suggest that any reader of this review does the same. On this occasion I ended up cancelling my order with the seller and I clearly told them that it was the fault of DHL but also their fault because they use the worst delivery company in the UK. This was not an inexpensive order and the seller lost the sale because of DHL's incompitence. Goodbye DHL

This company is not worth even a one star. DHL driver vile reversing hit my car and run off. Looks like companys policy if the drivers hit anything they have been told to run off. Luckily it was recorded on CCTV and I will take it further as its not acceptable.

This company is utterly appalling. I ordered & paid for items on 6th August. I then received notification that my items would arrive on 12th August, unfortunately I had to reschedule the initial delivery due to not being at the delivery address. I did this within a few mins of receiving notification. DHL Parcel then failed to turn up when requested (3 times). I have since been advised by the firm from whom I purchased the item from, that they delivered this morning - yet I am not there to take delivery!! Nothing like leaving goods out for others to take! Shoddy service all round.
DHL PARCEL UK offer an abysmal/sub standard service, poor communication & general all round sloppiness. Their automated service offers no option to speak with an agent to try & resolve issues - very frustrating!
Really disappointed with DHL Parcel UK
Really disappointed with DHL Parcel UK. Booked two parcels, one to Chile and the other Nigeria. Dropped them off at a service point and got emails saying they had been collected about 24 hours or so after dropoff. It's now 6 days later, the 22nd, and using the UK website tracking just shows parcels picked up on the 16th and then nothing. Both were showing expected delivery dates of the 21st, yesterday. Now my customers are asking where their parcels are and so I tried phoning DHL Parcel UK which just gets a robot tracking system and goes nowhere. Just phoned DHL global and they can't help, the tracking numbers don't show up on their system and they don't know what to suggest. My customers think I am scamming them and I am unable to track their parcels or speak to a human who can help. I'll probably have to send these parcels out again using a different courier and I will not be using DHL Parcel UK to send anything in the future.

Customers cannot talk to you, so finding out where the hell a parcel actually is is impossible.
Your website tells me it was out for delivery, yesterday, but after that there's nothing, and apparently you had it for 4 days without attempting re-delivery to a Click and Collect location in a f**king supermarket.
You take levels of incompetence to new heights.
I may ever take legal action against the seller who chose you to deliver my order. That way they may do the same to you, because you really deserve it.
DHL delivery misery
Ordered a laptop from dell, was delivered to my home address despite asking for it to be delivered to a local convenience store. As I wasn't in when it was delivered they left a card, the number of which did not match the parcel. As everything is automated if it doesn't recognise the number it just hangs up when you call, no option of speaking to a human. Awful experience with DHL, never again!

We had a washing machine delivered and installed by DHL through Argos. Not only did they install it incorrectly causing water to leak everywhere, they also tore up the new lino flooring.
After months of waiting, the claims team came back saying that they will not cover any costs as they do not consider DHL liable for the damage. How is this possible when no one else but their two drivers were involved?
Absolutely terrible busniess ethics with no consideration for their customers at all. Utterly disgusted.
