I ordered lots of things And they came early than expected was impressed with the packaging . Contacted customer service about a item which they sorted out quickly. Would recommend them for any purchases and good customer service

Ordered to pick up from their premises as I would be passing nearby. Arrived 20 mins later and explained and their person was most helpful and retrieved my order.

Very pleased delivery well on time was notified and packaged very well.

I was a little worried about not getting an email order confirmation and then checked on here and saw some bad reviews, which worried me more, however I cannot fault them with my order. I ordered a tent which came on time and with email updates from Yodel. It was a nice little purchase for a great price. I would use this company again!

I am giving this company a five star review because although I was deeply disappointed when the item I received from them was not the one I purchased, they have responded very quickly to my situation. I have received today the hairdryer I purchased for my daughter who is thrilled with it and I am extremely impressed by Trackpack's customer service who promptly addressed my needs in a polite and courteous manner. In the light of all this I have confidence to purchase from them again in the near future. I am now a very happy customer. Thank you Trackpack. :)

I ordered kit for a camping trip (mattress and a few smaller items). Since the delivery time was 3-5 days and we had 8 days until we were due to go I figured we would be safe ordering. It has now been 5 days and no parcel and I am concerned it will not arrive in time. Trackpack sent an email saying it had been shipped 4 days ago but when I try to track the parcel using the tracking code given, Yodel says they have not yet received the parcel. Something seems to have gone wrong. I have called Trackpack customer service twice, left messages and contact details and e mailed but had no response. Not impressed! Happy to update this review if Trackpack manage to sort the problem out in time but at the moment I would definitely not recommend this company.

Ordered a Coleman Extreme cool box for an upcoming trip, unfortunately after a long wait past the date of my trip and chasing up with emails, I received completely different from what I ordered cool box. Again emails..... and eventually was offered a refund for the ammount of the price difference, or to send the item back and get full refund, which I did. Well guess what.......after another lenghty wait I received only partial refund which by the looks of it deducts the delivery cost.
This company is a joke, avoid at any cost and save yourself a hassle, would not recommend to anyone! Never again.....

Unfortunately the product wasn't appropriately wrapped and was damaged on arrival but this could have been due to courier. I emailed Trackpack who responded very quickly offering a full refund as product was out of stock or 50% refund if we wanted to keep product. We accepted 50% refund, however on using item it leaked and was not fit for purpose. I contacted Trackpack again and they responded and issued a full refund same day.

Ordered roller skates for grandaughter.
Arrived when expected although the box was a little crushed on a corner.
Grandaughter binned the box and lives the skates.

Very pleased with your service, I would deal with Trackpack again no problem!

I haven’t been sent any tracking information to check on the status of my order(#1000024062) and the post has been so I can only assume it’s not coming today.
I ordered it last week and it said a 3-5 day delivery time and it’s not arrived and I needed it for a trip tomorrow.
When I tried to call them it hangs up and says to email. When I email it says it will take 48 hours to review the email which is of no use to me at all.
Let’s hope this gets a quick response and I’d gladly update the poor review. Terrible service. Avoid.

I placed an order for quite a few different types of camping equipment.
All arrived in good time but some plates were missing.
I contacted customer services via email and they shipped them out the very next day.
I honestly can't fault the service.

I ordered a coolbox hoping for a quick delivery, then saw the reviews afterwards which were a bit concerning as I needed it for a deadline. I'd not had a dispatch notification after a several days so contacted customer services on email explaining I needed it by a specific date. I got a quick response, my order was chased up and I received it safe & sound a day early! Great stuff!

I ordered camping chairs and they charge £3.99 for shipping and it took 14 days to get them. This is a terrible service and would not use again! Not recommended.

We bought a workbench but was broken and missing pieces so the drawer can’t be made. Really disappointed. Would not risk buying from them again. I do not recommend.
