Arrived on time even though website said there may be delays

Could someone please reply to my email?

I have had an email from you saying thank you for you order.

I have not ordered anything from you so where have you got my name and email address from.

Awful service, ordered on 8th of June and nothing has arrived yet. Emailed several times, and called several times, can’t get through to customer services. Won’t reply to my emails. You have stolen £50 of mine. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. My sons first birthday ruined.

Took longer than said for delivery and difficult to put together as no pre drilled holes. When we eventually did get it assembled it is a sturdy great product.

There was am issue with the courier, however, customer services contacted me and we rearranged delivery. As it was a present customer services went above and beyond to ensure the swing arrived in plenty of time. The swing itself is sturdy, well made, brightly coloured and a hit with the children plus it will last a long time.

I needed a refund and Trackpack customer service was very quick with communication and the goods were refunded within 24hours.

Where is my order?! Confirmation email says courier 3-5 working days. Called customer services for an update but nobody answering calls. Waiting on delivery for a birthday present so would really appreciate an update- thanks in advance.

Placed an order with this company on 13th May and received confirmation but since then absolutely nothing. I have tried calling customer service and leaving two messages over a period of two weeks and I have emailed but no response from anywhere - not good customer service. The order is for boys presents at my wedding on 1st August and if they are not going to arrive in time, I need to think of another option. Order under Emma Walker.

Placed an order for a toy helicopter for my sons birthday the end of jan 2021. It had stoll not arrived for his birthday on 9th feb. I emailed company who said must have got lost in post and they would send a replacement but again its still not arrived! Absolutely shocking, Taking peoples money in the middle of a pandemic when things are tough enough.

Made an order on the 16th December and yet to receive it... Have had to call and email the company countless times to chase up the order. Have been told it was initially because their stock had been damaged and now because we left the EU so having supply issues. They are still advertising the same product on the website. Yes they have offered a 10% discount but no excuse for the lack of communication and the fact that I ordered over 7 weeks ago! Was also promised a call almost 2 weeks ago... Still waiting!

UPDATE**
Received an email to say the car was ready for collection the day after this review. Have collected to find that the steering wheel, remote control and both wing mirrors on the car is missing! Have checked for the original 10% discount offered and have yet to see evidence that it has been done... So much disappointment!

Great price great service

After reading some of the negative feedback I was a little worried whether my 1st December order would arrive before Christmas as I received a notification of dispatch with a tracking number more or less immediately after placing my order. Dispatch was with Royal Mail 48, but I guess they must have been slow as thankfully I received the order OK after a week.

Delivery time from order for this item, quoted as 3-4 days, was 14 days missing my grandsons birthday. Beware their claim about tracking being available this is only final delivery information so you have no idea where your package is. I also received 2 separate dispatch emails 4 days apart - thus you can’t believe their communications. Suggest you use a different supplier. Contacted Trackpack and was just told to wait they couldn’t give any more information nor did they confirm when the package was actually dispatched.

I placed a total of 6 separate orders for the same item as they were showing in stock on their website. Only when I chased one of the orders I was told that their stock had been damaged. They are getting one star only because they issued the refunds quickly.

I can only find these at Trackpack. Great for cooking frozen roast potatoes in the oven. My second order of 4 delivered OK.

This is a lovely item, very useful when out running. It doesn't move and bounce about like many bumbags. The zip on the side for your headphones is a bit tricky but easy to get used to. The magnets are very strong and don't come apart on their own. The mesh cover is also good if you need to check your phone. I think its good value for money and an asset for any runner. I would recommend it and prefer it to my fitbelt .

Excellent service. Good product, good price, delivered promptly. I wish everything worked as well as this.

Initially I ordered one of these which was delivered the next day well packed and in good condition. The bed is very well made, light, strong and comfortable, after sleeping on it for a couple of weeks, I ordered another one, need I say anymore ..
