Your delivery company are rubbish
Your delivery company are rubbish, they said we were not in when I work for a FM Company and the parcel was due to be delivered to our office, so we were in the OFFICE.
The product was spot on and the communication with your company was very good, I will order from you again, despite your delivery service.

Gone downhill since new website
I have used Tradelocks as one of my main suppliers, for more than 10 years and have always been more than happy throughout that time - until recently.
Since their new website went live, I have had issues with just about every order I have placed. I really can be doing with wasting my valuable time sorting out problems any more.
The final straw, was placing an order and using a discount code, which should've given me 15% off, but I didn't get my discount.
Sadly, after many years of satisfactory service, it is time for me to find another wholesaler.

Very happy with their service and product I bought. We have recently moved to a new house and wanted to update my front door with some nice accessories. I've bought a decorative lion head door knocker. It arrived quickly and it was exactly as described. Fitting was very easy also, no extra skills required! I will plan to get my other hardware from them also.

I would highly recommend this company
I was looking for a new door cylinder and came across Tradelocks. I wasn't sure what size I needed (apparently there are loads of different sizes!) however their guide made it really simple to measure what size I needed, and when it arrived (it came really quickly) I was surprised just how simple it was to replace the existing lock myself. It gives me great piece of mind to know that my home is protected by a high quality lock, and I will definitely be ordering again as I'm going to be upgrading all my locks! I would highly recommend this company!
