Forgotten message
Traditional Beer Company forgot to include the note/message I wrote so the recipient had no idea who it was from. He ended up looking up the company and calling them to ask who sent it, which really took the edge of the surprise.

The only thing stopping get a 5 stars is the contact email and mobile number on their website dont work so I did get abit worried when I was trying to chase the order up and has emails bounce emails bounce back and couldn't get through on the phone number.
Eventually noticed the online enquiry form and got a prompt reply on delivery.
Would definately use these people again.
