Company when order doesn’t arrive. No response to email no answer to phone. Received tracking details DHL noted was due for delivery 7/12 then delayed . Was at delivery address then at delivery depot then delay then contact sender. But can’t contact sender by any means. Considering charge back as no response received Can’t speak to anyone at dhl either

Apologies for the delay in responding, I’ve been on annual leave for two weeks. Your email had been picked up by the person covering my leave, but as it stated your order had been received, they didn’t realise they had to take action to correct the delivery address issue. The issue was caused by new software we are using showing the billing and delivery addresses together. We’ll ensure it can’t happen again. I've contacted you to offer a resolution to the problem you raised.
