I ordered the happy birthday lager case of 6 beers. When they arrived there were only 5 beers and they were packaged in an ordinary cardboard box rather than the happy birthday box shown on the website. I tried to contact the beer company by phone and also by email but received no response to either. I would definitely not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered (on the 22nd Jan using Amazon Prime next day delivery) a gift set for my Dad's birthday to arrive in time for the 25th. It didn't arrive. Then I couldn't even review the order on Amazon! Shockingly bad. Don't promise fast delivery if you can't fulfill it.

My husband loves this Hooky Mild as it's a wonderful tasting Ale but also only 2.8% alcohol content so a perfect balance.
I ordered 12 bottle case from Traditional Beer Company and the bottles all arrived excellently packaged and quickly too at a good price too.
Will definitely order again.

ordered on the 13th dec for a xmas delivery gift, Package has not turned up. Can get no respose from email or phone. money left account on day of original order. Very very very Poor customer service

Bought these for a gift and had previously sampled a couple - very nice beers. Well packaged and nice selection. Only minor gripe was that the best before date was very short, Dec 2020. I know this is only a best before, not use by, so probably absolutely fine and no doubt will be consumed in the next month or so anyway.
