Ordered a trailer hitch and wiring recieve a traffic cone.
Will not be happy once I get them on the phone

They overnighted me my part to fix the issue. Don't know what happened or how a traffic cone is what I received the first time

Top service company. I had an issue with a part I ordered and they were able to figure out the problem and get it working over the phone. It's nice to talk to someone who actually knows what they are talking about for a change.

I ordered a trailer pug for a 2015 Camaro
There website said that other year works for my car so I called and they said it would according to the web. Well I got the pug and it doesn’t fix .
This is the point it’s what they did to fix my problem. I called and in less than 5 minutes they upgraded me to a pug that will work at not extra charge!
I buy parts on line all the time these guys are the best!!! Ya there website had a mistake but the end the people fixed the problem not the website. People make a company not there website! Thanks again you have a customer for life.

Ordered a trailer hitch to Canada. Their website states orders are shipped from a warehouse in Ontario, shipping fee of $40. My order arrived from UPS with a bill for $130 brokerage and sales tax. I called customer service and they said it was shipped from US, not Canada, so brokerage fees apply. Their website does not say this anywhere. Long story short, UPS is rerouting it back to them and I am expecting a refund. Probably have to pay some bull restocking charge or something. If you are in Canada, DO NOT ORDER from them.

Ordered 2 fold away tounge hinges.
sent the first one out the same day, the second one was not in stock they informed me by email, right away and was able to send me a bolt on hinge immediately without waiting for a back order. Good news there both on and works great. More room in the pole barn and garden shed. Thanks guys! will definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered a hitch for a Jetta I had just bought... got the hitch and it was missing an important spacer. It took some time, but the owner of trailer jacks stayed on the hitch manufacturer until I got my part. Due to how they packaged the spacer, they ultimately had to ship an entire second hitch so I could rob it out of the box (was not included in the assembly kit inside the box, but attached to the hitch itself in the box). Trailer Jacks kept me in the loop the entire time and followed it to completion... very standup dude and great prices. I will order all my hitches from them in the future.

Well I placed my order on a Monday 4:00 am pn their time. There website states same day "shipping " so I expected my merchandise worth 350 to be out as soon as they open that Monday Morning and saw my order. I called them Monday evening cause I see NO tracking posted on my acct and I was told to give them a few hrs to be updated but to rest at peace that my items were shipped that delivery day eas for Wed. Next morning I reviewed and I see a tracking posted and when I tracked the shipment it came out as "Delivered " already in NY. I called them again and they apologized for posting the wrong # and gave me a new one. , this tracking was the one and stated that my items were leaving the merchandise on Tuesday and they were still there, When I saw expected delivery to be on Friday I called them at different times and NO answer, I send them 2 emails and never got response, I called on Wed and I was told they didnt see my emails until that same time that I was talking to them and they were ready to call me and just simple as that they changed there story and now stated to expect the 3 packages by Friday. .I was so upset , I waited until today and now I get 2 out of the 3 items expected, now they said I should be getting the 3rd item by tomorrow!!! why??? All items were order same day same time !!! believe they lack of professionalism, there excuses and lies makes me NEVER again use them for ANYTHING!!
