So far so good
So far so good. I borrowed my friends before I bought. His had pneumatic tires which worked well. When I received mine, it has hard rubber tires, which did not work quite as good in my hard-packed gravel. Nonetheless it worked just okay. The other thing I mentioned to the manufacture was that is pretty short, requiring me to be bent over while using it. Modern trailers are higher off the the ground than they were just a few years ago. It needs to be longer/higher. In any event it’s a good project and definitely recommend it. After they hire me as a technical consultant, it will even be better😎

It does what I need it for.
It does slip a lot on a loaded trailer and the drill attachment doesn’t work like it’s claimed. I would buy it again but at a cheaper price.

Ordering & Shipping FINE, Moving boat NOT FINE
Ordering and shipment were fine. moving my boat with the Trailer Valet was very hard. I have double axles, so I then order two dollies. I have not had a chance to try them yet. I did not see any information advising me that I would need dollies on two axle trailers and at this point I am not sure they will work. I got the heavier Dewalt drill with my valet and the motor in it would have burned up if I had not stopped trying to move the boat. I am very disappointed.

It works very well
It works very well. I move a 25' travel trailer that weighs 4,300 lbs. The space it has to be stored in is too tight for my Silverado to be able to back it into. I have taken the Trailer Valet to help spot the trailer in a very tight spot in a state park also. Well worth the price.

Yes, You Can Park It There
This strongly built, easy to operate tool is excellent for moving travel trailers and boat trailers into hard to get places. My neighbor borrowed it once and he immediately bought one for himself. It was well worth the cost.

Don't Go In The Water
I used Trailer Valet on a 16 ft. boat. I guess the manufacturer did not anticipate that customers would use their product with boats, because the "Valet" rusted up pretty fast.
Then I had a problem and needed to purchase replacement tubes for the tires on the "Valet". For the price charged I expected to receive solid gold tubes, but was astonished to learn that rubber tubes could demand such a price.

Good product does what it meant to do
Good product does what it meant to do. Only way I could hook up and store boat in garage by myself. Continue to work on product to allow for more grip on different surfaces. Glad I purchased product.

Needed an inner tube
Needed an inner tube. Showed up on time although the repair was not as simple as the videos I was able to find suggest. Wasn't something I would recommend for anyone not tool/ repair savvy. They must have several axle types so not knowing the one u have can be a detriment. You will also need to know how to break a chain without the aid of a chain breaker tool.also a good pair of snap ring pliers are needed, If you don't have some of these tools, it may be easier and cheaper to have it done.

I really like being able to use the trailer valet. It was easy to install an easy to use. I have a 20 foot fiberglass boat which is very heavy and I need to park it in a very very small space. It was easy to manipulate my boat into the space however when I got to the very teeny tiny step-up in my garage the tires were slipping terribly. It was very dry when I did this and had to reconnect my boat to my truck push it up over the step-up. I think it would be good if the tires were all terrain type of tires something with more traction that might have helped.

The handle is to short, for a tall person. Then needed second person to crank it.For it to work you need a hard surface.
