The XL Pro assembled usually takes a little longer than the XL Pro shipped out without the assembly. Because the assembled unit requires a different commercial delivery, you should be getting a call from the carrier to schedule a time for delivery. Missing parts
service was hard to get through too seeing it was only done through email. Played email tag for a few days but in the end the issue was resolved. First needed order confirmation, then needed photos of what i received. However didnt have that missing parts in stock. I was told I would receive a comparable part, but then received the correct part... Service person seemed friendly and worked as quickly as he could to find a way to resolve the issue.

Great for my small driveway parking!!
I bought a Trailer Valet for my Airstream back in June and it has been a savior for me to park it in my back yard car porch. It's a very tight area and alley and I couldn't do it with the tow vehicle. I blew two tire chambers and a tire and Trailer Valet replaced them right away so that I could get back to the important thing like enjoying my travels.

Size of side bracket is too small for most trailers. Bracket will not fit on common 6” high frames. Trailer Valet simply responds when told of the problem “ we are aware of the issue”.

I bought a trailer trolly from Camping World. Being I’m what you call and elderly person I needed something to help me get my trailer backed into my driveway. After I picked it up and got it home I discovered I needed a 2” ball. (Regular trailer balls don’t work on this trolly). I called and ordered one and it arrived before I headed out on vacation. The man I spoke with was very polite and wonderful. He took my order and I get to use it this weekend. Can’t wait

Since your tongue weight was reaching a limit of 500 lbs, it was a better choice to go with the XL unit. Too much weight on the tongue can cause the tubes to deflate. The XL mounting bracket is well made and hopefully will solve my problem of not being able to use my XL on my RV (I havent tried it yet). I rated it a 4 because it required that i use a tap to install the bolt that holds the swivel arm to the bracket.
