Well, I haven't received either the item I ordered or an update. So I can only rate the service which at this point is dissappointing.

Great product! Very easy to install and works better than expected

Great product, fast shipping

Bought this for a 6x12 enclosed cargo trailer that I park in my garage. Super tight fit and needed something with a lot of precision. The trailer valet is perfect.

Ordered the RVR3 and was missing the spanner wrench. Contacted Trailer Valet. After a trial use, it did not fit my needs and I requested an RMA on their contact page. Never got a response and ended calling them. After several calls and emails I sent back the unit. Did not get a response about receiving it or a that a refund was being credited. 20 days later after they received my return, I got a credit on my cc minus the shipping charge and of course no email.

Their products are ok but their customer service is severely lacking. Thanks for the lack of effort Aaron (less then helpful Trailer Valet customer rep).

brought jx5-s for use with cordless drill.the jack has a lift of 5000lbs it could'nt even lift my tonque weight of 600lbs the drill started to smoke a dewalt max 20v.put 1/2 electric stopped got hot.jack works fine with hand crank.customer service is worse then the jack.have to leave a voicemail took a day and half to get back to me,then a girl takes your complaint and has somebody else call you back and has no knowlege of the jack because he is not a tech.took the jack off and returned it.so if anybody is thinking of this company don't believe what you read and see.trailer valet if you read this send me a video with this jack lifting 5000lbs or even 3000lbs with a cordless drill,i don't think that is possible..... ( the jack is a joke )

This a great product it performed like it should no problems. When I needed a 2 inch adapter for my new trailer the company was very easy to work with all by phone. They do have a web site that I checked out first.

Very disappointed with the product. It broke the first time I used it. It started to rust almost immediately. To make matters worse, customer service was terrible. I tried to return it and was threatened that they wouldn’t give me my money back because it had been used. The concept of This is good, execution is poor.

I got the drill powered jack and I loved it . It’s quick and easy.

Use the trailer valet for my boat to put it in a very tight and up hill garage. It works amazing. Best purchase ever for my boat.

It works great. Just have to remember to keep batteries charged, so you don't have to use the hand crank. It goes up and down easy and quickly.

The Trailer Valet Trailer Valet JXC - JX2-C 2K Center Mount Jack was easy to install in a few minutes. I unbolted the old jack and bolted on the new. I like that a crank handle and drill chuck crank adapter are both included. If I don't have a drill with me I can turn the crank by hand. It's great to crank it up with the drill instead though. It gets a little old cranking the trailer jack up and down after a few hundred times. There is also a security bonus in not always having the crank handle or motor connected to the jack. I'm going to order another for each of my other trailers.

Good investment to consider, made my job so much easier. Part i hated most about going to and coming home from work was hooking up and unhooking. Now i unhook sometimes just to show off. Thank you so much Trailer Valet

Great product that really works. We have the 5X and an XL that are life savers in certain situations where you can’t get in tight spots with a vehicle.

Awful experience! Bought the new trailer wheel dolly for my double axel trailer, and the first attempt at using them the wheels would bow just enough that the steel undercarriage would contact the concrete and prevent movement. But that's not the reason for the 1-star review....They told me to send them back, (I paid $90 to ship them back) and they never sent me a refund. In the end I paid $400 for the wheel Dollys, $90 to ship them back, and I ended up with no wheel dolly and $500 dollars less in my bank account. My prediction: this company becomes insolvent by the end of the next fiscal year with these practices.

Honestly, I was so excited to buy it. I shopped for a few weeks and although the price was up to 3X as high as other comparable products, I liked the sturdiness, appearance and video that came with the sales pitch.

Just as honestly, I hate the product. It does not work the way it was advertised and in fact, really doesn't work at all. If all I want to do is go backwards (pushing the boat toward the stern), it is fabulous. If I want to turn, not so much unless an unusual amount of energy is expended to hold onto the Valet.

If I want to pull it forward, it is an unmitigated disaster. The valet will eventually bend (tip) over and with the built up pressure immediately release the stress on the handle by spinning it wildly. Only remedy is to hold on to the handle and with GREAT force, pull the valet up straight and then as fast as possible, lock the handle so nothing moves.

It is a terrible disappointment and now will go down in history as the single worst purchase for 700 bucks I have ever made. So, so, so very disappointed. I almost feel like the video and sales pitch was a fraud. The woman who walks up to it and with no effort at all does magical things with the trailer is absolutely a fraudulent representation of how the Valet works.
