This company is great. The help you find the best deals and if you have a problem, they will support you. Keep in touch with your salesman and they’ll take care of you. Oh and the go weeks are some of the BEST deals.
We have been with Tramerigo since 2022. It’s a legit company. It’s not a timeshare or a scam. It’s just a company that has access to timeshare properties that you can book without getting signed up with a timeshare for the rest of your life. We have traveled on a cruise to Alaska, cruise to Bahamas and trips to Florida successfully with this program. If you like to travel and save money this is a great resource to have and the annual membership fee is pretty low and you only pay if you want to use it.
THIS IS A SCAM. I sat through their webinar that was supposed to result in a free vacation. After not receiving the email with the free vacation details, I called them from one of the telephone numbers they called me from. When I inquired about the vacation with a "manager," they were going to call me back in 30 minutes after checking their records. When I didn't receive a call back, I called them at the same number. It was disconnected. However, I had kept another telephone number from someone that called me on the day of the webinar. When I gave them my name, they hung up on me. SO, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

This is an absolute scam from the gift offered to listen to their presentation to the actual benefits of the product which are exaggerated. Also, it is an indefinite term that you are committed to and it is near impossible to cancel.

Reply from Tramerigo
Just a scam they do not provide any true value. You can get the same price for free. They will not refund any money!!!
I talked with several people in the process the free gift actual cost about $500 they are very sorry but can't help. Then I started trying to use the program to set up some hotel stays and a cruise. I did not find the amazing deals that were promised. I thought maybe I was not doing something right so I called in. The person I spoke with was very nice and easy to work with but the deals were not any better than just using google to book. The people you talk with are very nice but you are not getting special rates. This is a scam and they will gladly take your money. I was so excited because I thought I was buying into a program that our family could use to take vacations and make memories, soooo disappointed. I also believe this is why they WILL NOT give you an opportunity for a refund, it would put them out of business.

I haven’t been with the company for very long, but I have had a wonderful experience with them so far. I am a nurse and I try to travel as much as I can on my off days and so I have a lot of experience with traveling all over the world. So far I have already saved over $1000 On my weekend getaways and look forward to booking many more in the future. I will come back and leave another review after I have booked bigger trips. I’ve already looked into my previous trips and can see that I will now be saving so much more money. I wish I had joined sooner
We are trying to cancel our membership. After 2 years and not using the service, we simply want to cancel. So far they are unreachable. I am hoping they act in good faith. If not, calling the AG office in Nevada, and we will start the legal process.

I had planned to go on vacation to Playa Del Carmen and thought I would call Dan Daniel with Tramerigo. Dan immediately looked for a place for me to stay and got back to me the same day. I booked it immediately and checked this important task off my list. Thank you Dan!
ok so still no free trip to hawaii, they responded saying it wasnt them that promised anything. it was a 3rd party that they used to bring the sheep to the presentations.
so this is how they scam you, you don't realize you talking to some bait and switch deal. any rate i just want my membership cancelled as there is no way the wife will want to use them anyway.

I have used the membership 3 times so far. I bought it mainly for the resort deals.my wife likes it so far so good. works great. my kids are using it to go to oregon next month.
This one actually works!! I bought a timeshare in 2013 that was a nightmare. Then, I joined a vacation club in 2020 bc it seemed good and had good reviews plus they said they would get me out of my timeshare. They never got me out of my timeshare and I had problems with availability. I was very hesitant to join Tramerigo especially after reading some of the reviews. What made me take the leap is my sales rep logged into the live website and did a thorough tutorial on zoom. We did apples to apples price comparisons and he actually brought me all the way to the checkout screen so I could see that it was 100% bookable. I've never had a sales rep do that before. They usually just give me lip service and try to gain my trust. I appreciated the way he handled my concerns and hesitation and had no problem with spending time to show me everything to give me piece of mind. Seeing is believing!! I don't understand why anybody would want to cancel this if your actually traveling. My suggestion is to schedule a tutorial with your sales rep if you are having issues bc you're probably using the site wrong.

I signed a contract to join Tramerigo travel club. They did not follow through with items promised. I have time stamped documentation of cancelation. I live in Washington state and sent my cancellation notice within 14 days per my contract. They have not answered/returned any of my calls or acknowledged that I have cancelled my account. They have continued to charge my account. It has been almost 60 days.

So far, not so good. Sat through the 90 minute presentation and now... no airline tickets or hotel voucher. The last guy simply said, "Ok, I have to get to my next appointment" and left the Zoom call. We tried to go back to the main room but no one was there. I would appreciate receiving what I was promised.
I just tried going back into a new Zoom call and they kicked me out.

We were offered a "free" roundtrip airfare and two nights accommodations, which we were told we could use to go to Hawaii, in exchange for giving up 90 minutes of our time to listen to a travel share talk. We later learned that this "free" (translate $450 in fees) airfare and hotel was not available to go to Hawaii. They only offered cheap vacation destinations like Las Vegas at non-busy/non-holiday times that are cheaper than the $450 activation fee if we booked them ourselves. What a waste of time listening to Tramerigo's talk in exchange for false promises. Glad I only wasted time and haven't wasted money too.
Reply to Tramerigo’s response: interesting how Tramerigo does not want to take responsibility for the third party vendor it contracts with to drum up its own business and would shift blame to them. And yes, I agree that several reps mentioned that we were responsible for taxes and fees on the “gift”… I just never imagined that the taxes and fees would surpass the value of the “gift” when compared to if we just booked it ourselves. Why on earth would our experience be an incentive to join this company? Fool me once…

This company is a scam. They had a VA call me to set up appointment. For agreeing to the appointment, I was promised a gift just for sitting through the presentation. I told them I was married, but my wife was out of town. The VA told me to just say I was single.
They said the presentation would take 60-90 minutes. We sat in a waiting room for 20 minutes before it started. The first guy was great, then they put me in a second room with another guy and it went downhill from there.
I asked him questions that he obviously didn't know. He had to ask his supervisor and it took up even more time. After a total of over 2 hours, I finally told him that I had a an appointment that I was 5 minutes late for and he said let me go over the pricing quick. He gave me the price and I politely declined. Then he came back with a "I like you so I am going to give you this price", after I declined, he came back with, "I am only allowed 5 of these and I am giving it to you", I declined again and then he said, "oh wait, I totally forgot to tell you that someone signed up for their top program and couldn't pay for it so I can give this to you.
Finally, I had to cut him off and let him know that I am now 20 minutes late for my appointment and his response was, "Well, I thought you wanted to save money on your travel, you can leave anytime".
After I left the meeting I got a call telling me that I wasn't eligible for the gift because I had a wife and told them I was single(which is exactly what they told me to say).
I tried to call the 3rd party company back, but no answer. I sent a text to the guy that did my presentation letting him know about the situation. I did receive a voucher the next day, but it wasn't what was advertised. They told me it was simply 2 round trip airfare tickets to anywhere in the US. They didn't mention there was $398 in fees involved, it was to limited areas and you had to say in certain hotels.
Oh, and they said they had the best prices on hotel stays, so the first one I had him pull up was cheaper on Expedia!!! HAHA

You can get the same deals on your own with a quick Internet search.
The so called resort deals are unused old Timeshares. They are not the nice timeshares, it's the old rundown timeshares. You can get the same deals if not better deals from Red Week or just doing a Google search.
The discounts they say you can supposedly get on daily products and services you can get on your own. All they do is link you to Coupons.com (Seriously that is all it is, you click the link and it brings you to Coupons.com)
Airfare deals (they say wait for the weekly deals to be emailed)
Again you get the same deal if you look on your own.
I Google searched the so call deals a few times and it was cheaper online.
Okay so I found Hotel deals were cheaper by $4-$10 per week. If you find it cheaper (which I have).you get a 200% guarantee yet that only a $20 discount on average. That doesn't even cover the monthly fee..
Rental fees they admit are non existent.
Cruises you give them when you want to go and they will call the cruise lines getting you the same rate you'd get if you call on your own.
On and On and On.....
Once they get you with the initial call, they ask you to take an onboarding call to explain how it works. This turns out to be a timeshare presentation and they push to sell you REI timeshare points.

What they promise does not actually work. It is grossly over priced for what is deliverable. I would strongly suggest not ever investing in this company and I was a fool for thinking it was good investment.

Lies!!!! Deceit!!!! Do NOT JOIN THIS ORGANIZATION OR MEMBERSHIP!!! Tramerigo is not what they say they are. They have a point system that I was unaware of. They link other companies such as Viator and Traveladvisor in order for you to book flights, properties, etc. As we speak, I am trying to cancel this membership that they claimed that I could cancel at anytime and I am getting the "runaround!"

Some savings are small but the "weeks" section is where I tend to book most because I like having a kitchen and I used to own timeshare, so it’s just familiar to me.. and those prices are unbelievable, almost as if I’m just paying a the small maintenance fee for my old timeshare before it kept doubling on me. But until you actually show up and see for yourself that they don’t don't give you crap about paying some hidden fees or other type of charges like my timeshare would always do, you won’t believe it. They haven’t nickel and dimmed me once and my annual dues has not gone up once. My timeshare was over a grand and I could only use it every other year. But here I get to use this each year and pay a fraction in comparison. And not have black out dates, exchange fees or having to constantly upgrade to get more access. This is a million times better than timeshare.

My dad gets free travel through this program because the pastor allows him to send out the passes to 100+ members of his church to book their church events and trips. They save money and he gets free vacations for helping out. Tramerigo is brilliant for creating that feature because a lot of the members of my dads church wouldn’t be able to make each event if they had to pay retail. And they aren’t even getting the full savings.
