This call was for an address change and while that may seem easy these days it really can be challenging. I was happy all things went quick and easy.

The agent was amazingly patient and helpful, and very understanding. The AI assistant (the automated flowchart of a message system collected data before we were able to get a living, human agent on the phone) was really frustrating. AI is a dehumanizing innovation and I hope we (as a planet) decide to use it only for medical purposes (radiology image interpretation) because usurping the jobs of human beings in exchange for devastating ecological extraction is insane.
