The entire Customer Support team rushed to help me to sort out a glitch in the system. In a matter of a few hours I could recover my account and use the services as per normal. For several years now, I've been using TransferGO to transfer money from my German pension account (DKB) to my Philippine bank account (PNB).
This service offers very fair exchange rates (Euro to Philippine Peso).
With instant transfer, the sent amount is credited to my PNB account on the same day.
I'd especially like to commend the friendly customer support, currently provided by Ms. Edyta. She helps immediately!
