Never put money there
Never put money there! Do you hear?! Do you hear? Once you transfer money to a TransferGo account, it will be frozen for a long time. Support will not provide any help, and will even more likely ignore you. They don't have a recall procedure, I can't get my money back.

This company is a SCAM website
This company is a SCAM website - holding your money as long as they can and we all know why companies do that, don't we. I used Wise in the past, should have carried on using them, I went into a transaction I had made with Wise to my dad, sending him money regularly, copied all the details, pasted them all into the transfer I set up with Transfergo and Transfergo claims the details to be incorrect, ha ha. If they are incorrect, why did it work with Wise you ask yourself. After complaining, they now said that the transfer was completed when I didn't change anything? They are blaming the recipient's details for the length it took but for some reason, it seems the incorrectness of the recipient having been solved miraculously without me changing anything. It's crystal clear that they use your money for other investments or maybe shortages as it took one week when my dad's details were correct from the start. A transfer with Wise takes one day so better be aware if you want to give them your money.
