I had an excellent experience with Edyta D. from customer support.
There was a slight system delay with my instant transfer to Kazakhstan, but Edyta checked my payment receipt manually and pushed the transaction through very quickly. Her fast help meant a lot to me and my family on such an important and difficult day for us.
