Can you give no stars

Can you give no stars? Took my money, two weeks later still waiting for order. No reply to emails, tried to call, messaged through Facebook. Dodgy do not buy from these guys.

Need to work on customer service.

I pre-ordered the new AC/DC album on Ltd Edt Picture Disc. Everywhere else was sold out. I was sceptical, but ordered it as I wanted it for a Christmas present for my daughter. I emailed them the following day to confirm my order, and they emailed back the same day saying that the record company confirmed they would be getting some. Day of the album release and nothing came, the next day - nothing. A couple of days later, nothing. I emailed them asking for confirmation that they had posted it out. No reply, so I lodged a complaint with PayPal. I was premature with my complaint as it arrived the next day. It was wrapped in loads of protective bubble wrap and then in a cardboard box. They haven't replied to my original email, but the vinyl turned up and in great condition. If you can improve your customer service it would be 5 stars. Thanks guys and girls at Transistor Music.

Poor .....theives etc preordered in oct vinyl out November no reply to 4 emails paypal escalated claim now haven't even bothered contacting PayPal either i wouldn't of minded but the album ordered isn't even on their inventory now avoid like covid

1 star so far.
Paid for a pre-order item back in August. Release date of Friday 2nd October has come and gone.
No update on posting, no response to email, facebook message says they dont respond via facebook and twitter DM ignored.
If the item turns up I might change to 2 stars but still a terrible company for not responding to any messages.

Woeful experience... Beware of their refund policy/functionality...

Terrible.

Bought three vinyl records, they all arrived damaged. Items received on 29th Nov, contacted them the next day via email (no phone number to use, which is always a worrying sign), sent them pictures of damaged items etc. Then... radio silence / various palming-off emails. Finally heard back from them to send items back on 18th Dec. Posted (registered) on 19th Dec. 17 or so days after initially contacting them. Still heard nothing back in terms of refund.

Had to get PayPal involved to resolve issue and get my money back.

It's no wonder people use conglomerates like Amazon to shop online when their Returns Department offers such a fast, reliable and quibble-free service. You try your best to support small companies when you can, but this has been a truly woeful experience.

This company claims to be a family run…

This company claims to be a family run business and to be biggest preorder site. DO NOT BUY FROM.THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DESPATCH THE GOODS. I have emailed them several times with only 1 response and still nearly a.month later no goods.
