Have only had for 5 days, but as others have said, it does what it says it will. It's pretty simple, and I haven't had any issues with recording or playing the recordings. Have had almost no stuttering or hesitancy in playback. Picture quality is fine if not brilliant but I'm only paying for Silver - can see myself going for the gold package in future. Wish the guide to what's on was a little better, but it's okay.

Excellent way to watch British TV…
Excellent way to watch British TV abroad. Good quality, easy to use, and when I accessed the live chat with an issue (my fault) it was immediately resolved. Would highly recommend

Great utility
Great utility, use Google Chrome on iPad Pro and stream to Apple TV then via hdmi switch to TV. My experience is that it “Does what it says on the box” just wish there was an app.

This "service" is a joke
This "service" is a joke. I paid for a subscription as I was promised that the quality would be better than the free version and it is actually worse. The so called on line "support" is some guy in India whose sole purpose is to fob you off and make excuses. As a paid service this is not recommended. Absolutely abysmal.

Brilliant for the first 2 weeks but…I would not recommend
Brilliant for the first 2 weeks but downward afterwards. Although I have 20Mbps speed and they recommended 2 Mbps the programmes either freeze or just do not download. Recording is pathetic, works sometimes but mostly refuses to record. Although many complaints to the company on reply that's all I get is excuses and a promise to improve ....... but when???
