Great service from first initial contact.
Ordered on the Wednesday and was ready for collection on the Friday as I was having trouble finding the aluminium I required.

My order arrived, well, part of it…
My order arrived - but it was incorrect. I contacted you on the evening the order arrived but I haven’t heard anything back.
Today I receive a request for feedback. I don’t really see how I can reasonably award any more than two stars!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, and manner of operation.
The tool pod we purchased came with damaged doors & no rubber flooring or shelf specified on website.
We understand mistakes happen hence waiting 2 weeks to leave a review. However after 3 emails, 16 phone calls of which only 2 were answered over the space of 2 weeks. We where told they will get back to me in the first & the person we need to speak to isn’t in for the second, the issue still stands as unresolved with no indication to what there next step will be.

Twice bitten, never again!
I have ordered from Transquip twice and both times there was an exceptional wait for the products and both deliveries were failed.
The customer service skills are appalling and they constantly shift the fault on to third parties.
I’m not impressed with the company at all, in fairness, their products do seem to be acceptable though.
