Excellent service
Excellent service, concept in recycling and rewards for doing so. I've sent 3 bags in so far with at least 3 more to follow before the holidays. I've had to email a couple of time for assistance and Lakeitha answered me warmly and quickly both times. I recommend them to my friends that need to clean out their closets. The rewards are great!

Great customer service

I can't send back my bag because the…
I can't send back my bag because the shipping code expired. I was not able to get a shipping label. Now I am stuck with three bags I paid for and not way to send them back! They do not have a customer service number. You can't talk to anyone to ask questions or get help.

Hi Deirdra! Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, QR codes and shipping labels expire after 4 weeks, which is noted during the registration process. However, we responded to your first email within 2 hours and can easily issue new labels to help you send back your bags. You can also re-register your bag on your end by simply scanning the QR Code again. Please be sure to check your inbox for that response from our Customer Service team!
Trashie is TERRIBLE
Trashie is TERRIBLE. They say you can ship back up to 15 pounds of items to them. But they only give you a shipping label for 2 pounds! I only had $9 in shipping covered and after spending $20 on the bag I paid an ADDITIONAL $68 dollars to ship my items back. When I reach out out to their support I never heard back. This is a SCAM, DON'T DO IT.
UPDATE: Trashie told me that two different representatives reached out after I posted my first review. BUT I never received an email from anyone. I checked all my emails and all my spam folders. Nothing. I would very much like my money back but I can't get ahold of anyone to ask for a refund, and to be paid back for the additional shipping.

The Take Back Bag comes with a prepaid shipping label, and the entire cost of shipping should be covered. I’m really sorry that you had to pay extra for shipping, as this is definitely not what we intend for our customers.
One of our representatives reached out to you within 48-hours of your first email, however, our Customer Service Manager has now also reached out to you to make this right. We hope to find a solution to rectify this situation!

Great customer service
Great customer service. I had an issue with the label shipping and got a new one in no time. The only downside is that I have to go to USPS again. I’m hopeful that my old clothes will serve better!
