Had a great experience- I was able to clean out a ton of stuff from my apt and the process was super easy. I had an issue with one of my bags not being registered properly and Rin from customer service was extremely helpful and resolved my issue. Great company!

It feels great to know that one's gently used items (and sometimes unused ones) are not going to landfills -- and for this alone, Trashie is wonderful. I emailed to ask for help with finding the link to enter the QR code on my bag. I really didn't expect a response for a couple of days if not longer. I was pleasantly surprised when Barbara emailed me back within an hour with a link. I was able to print my return label and even received my reward right away. Very good service!!

Very responsive and helpful
I reached out ‘after hours’ (for traditional US businesses) via email to report that my order never arrived. I had a response in less than an hour and the issue resolved less than 10 minutes after that. I wasn’t expecting to get a response until at least tomorrow. It was also not a hassle to get a new one sent! They were able to look up my address and confirm it got lost somewhere between there and here and immediately turned up a replacement for me.
I don’t have it yet (first time!) but I’m eagerly waiting for it as I think I’ll need a few more!

super helpful when order was not delivered
I had an issue with my order not being delivered. The helpdesk folks were super nice and helpful, and extremely quick/responsive in resolving the issue. I’m eagerly awaiting for my bag to arrive :)

Total cost for ordering a Trashie bag
I’ve only just placed an order for one Trashie Bag. I just thought it worth reporting the costs involved for others who might be thinking about participating, since the upfront costs are not presented until you’re halfway through ordering. It’s not that I object to the costs, it’s just not a simple $20 for a bag. Added to that base cost is $.82 to offset carbon, $3 for shipping, and in my case in California, $1.75 for sales tax. Grand total $25.57. I normally take my unwanted clothes etc. to local thrift stores (and buy there, too), but I realize they cannot sell everything that is donated. Trashie seems to be a system where more of the stuff may be reused, recycled, etc.

Impressive customer service
I sent an email asking about my order and when my bags would arrive; I ordered four bags several weeks earlier and only received one. A real person -- not an AI or a rote response -- replied within an hour. Very impressive customer service. The remaining bags arrived shortly afterwards.

Lakeisha was wonderful
Lakeisha was wonderful; friendly, professional and helpful. Great Customer Service, not so great rewards. Most were from vendors I've never heard of and had to google to find out about. No shops were recognizable, just overpriced products from shops with little web presence. Not the advertised names like Ulta and such. Disappointing, but as long as the TrashiCash doesn't expire, they have time to improve.
